“Stranger In This Place” is part of Future’s Past, a new sonic journey by songwriter Aaron Davison, exploring time, consciousness, and the search for meaning in a broken world. Built around haunting guitars and cinematic production, the song tells the story of awakening from illusion and seeing the truth behind the world’s surface. It captures the loneliness and clarity that come from realizing the reality we live in might be a dream we created to find ourselves.

This track is from the forthcoming concept album “The End Is The Beginning,” a collection of songs about the nature of time and consciousness. The album explores how awakening often begins in isolation, when we start to question everything we thought was real. Each song represents a moment of realization, a glimpse of truth within the simulation, and a step closer to remembering who we really are.
