Aaron Hall’s (AKA DJ Cue) career spans over 10 years, playing in some of Auckland’s hottest night spots and venues up and down the country. From outdoor festivals such as Parachute, Pasifika, Rugby World Cup or fashion shows such as NZ Fashion Week, Cult Couture to name a few, his experience and ability to MOVE THE DANCE FLOOR is a well known trademark.  These days Cue can be seen DJing corporate events, launch party’s, venues and bars throughout New Zealand.

Like many music enthusiasts, his love of music was passed down from his parents and a long line of family who were accomplished international entertainers within the Jazz, Swing big band era’s for over 3 generations. The Hall household was one often enveloped in the soulful viles of groups such as The Emotions, The Commodores, and the silky smooth melody’s of Al Jarreau & George Benson. As a child growing up in the 80’s his love for funk, disco, rock and pop have now become a foundation for many of his DJ set performances.

Cue has a love for all genres which makes him such a creative and innovative DJ.  He can pack a little bit of everything into his DJ sets. So expect to hear disco, hiphop, electro, funk, pop, house and anything else he thinks will work the dance floor. And it's this eclectic and interesting blend of old and new music, remixes and reworks that makes Cue’s DJ sets unique.
