This is Phoenix. An acoustic song with a positive message. It's one of the oldest songs I've written, being composed in 2014.

Run For Cover is a rock anthem in an acoustic package. Short, punchy and to the point. It inspires the listener to stand up to adversity and those who may shout them down.

I am uploading this today cos I have heard of a lot of loss these last few days, today in particular as a band I adore lost a member to illness, and it's devastating. This song is just a small way of getting these feelings of loss and hurt absolved. It will remain an instrumental, though lyrics are written, they can be accompaniment as a poem. these words were inspired by a song called "Gone With The Wind" by Architects x

Aaron J. Burke is a singer songwriter from Ireland. From recording demos in his room, to having frequent airplay on Radio stations across his home country and the world. Having grown up with a steady diet of rock music, in his twenties he moved into a more acoustic sound inspired by the rich singer songwriter scene in his country. Aaron has been busy preparing his first EP backed up by the latest release, an acoustic song called 'Phoenix'
