Emerging French artist Victor Tomasi, known for his electronic universe blending classic and modern house, unveils a new project: a three-track EP titled “Democracy EP”, available on all streaming platforms starting July 18.

With this EP, Victor Tomasi explores a highly rhythmic electronic aesthetic — a return to the roots of electronic music, infused with more traditional instrumentation. Each track invites the listener to surrender to hypnotic grooves and lush synth layers, while maintaining a distinct sonic identity.

Composed in Paris, Democracy EP draws inspiration from live concert musicianship to introduce new textures into club-oriented electronic music. All basslines were recorded on an electric bass guitar, while the acoustic drums were captured at Studio M in Montreuil. The result is an introspective journey, driven by dynamic arrangements rooted in the tradition of house music with a human touch.
