'Ascension' is the first new single of my GT project - hard to define a genre but it falls somewhere between chillout, chillstep, film and game music with hints of pop. This production is a joint project with Zanjafuente who delivers cool and dramatic live guitar solos. Tailored for driving, sunsets, miami vice type of vibes and just feeling out good music with beautiful details.

This EP unfolds like a journey into winter’s embrace. Micro House beats mimic the gradual freezing of flowing water, deep minimal grooves reflect the hardening ground, while moody downtempo ambience captures the quiet retreat of life beneath the surface. Subtle African rhythmic elements add warmth to the cold-weather soundscape, like embers glowing in the dark. 

It’s an auditory ritual for the changing season.

Stuck in Traffic is olliray’s first album. The story begins in 2017 with the release of BoxRox, a small electronic idea that became the spark for everything that followed. Over the next two years the music grew slowly and naturally in a small flat in South London. Most of the songs began as simple synth sketches that later opened into fuller pieces with piano, guitar and voice.

The title came from a real moment in late 2018. Olliray was waiting for his dad to arrive for lunch. His dad was stuck in traffic and the delay gave him an unexpected pocket of time. In that quiet stretch he recorded all the vocals for the title track in one take. When his dad finally arrived he played him the music and asked what he should call it. His dad smiled and gave the answer that became the name of the whole album.

Stuck in Traffic holds the feeling of that early period. Raw, instinctive and made by ear. A blend of electronic textures and intimate melodies shaped between 2017 and late 2018, and released in January 2019.

For fans of synthwave, retrowave and 80s inspired electronic music.

Anjundeep present the second EP in the newly founded ‘Explorations’ series showcasing four fresh faces to the label in Amateur Dance, Luttrell, Tontario and Gacha Bakradze.

Opening the EP, upcoming Melbourne based producer, Amateur Dance, with ‘You Give Me Butterflies’; making his Anjunadeep debut earlier this year with a highly rated remix of Way Out West’s ‘Tuesday Maybe’.

Next up, Luttrell ‘Away', giving a taste of his first solo project on the label while taking a moment from notable Stateside success as part of California duo The M Machine.

Tontario, a young Finnish producer from Vaasa, has been making waves in recent months in the blog world with his signature melodic sound, as shown on ‘Late’.

Rounding off the EP with ‘Girl’, talented Georgian producer Gacha Bakradze. While releasing under three different aliases, Gacha has built an impressive back catalog with albums on the iconic Apollo Records and most recently a well received EP on Andre Lodemann’s Best Works Recs with support from BBC Radio 1’s Annie Mac.
