With a standout performance in the Steam Room at Unfold on new years day, this year is already off to an iconic start. Previous gigs include the main room at Unfold, Glitchtopia with upcoming sets for Silhouette and Radar coming soon. As well as their solo ventures, she forms half of UNICA which is a DJ collaboration with Citytronix to deliver their combined musical vision, predominantly through their show on Voices Radio.

They are no stranger to the decks, starting early but more recently focusing their attention to the realm of techno. Their distinct sound really resonates with us and she caught our eye through their impressive stream for Mission London as well as that special Unfold set at new years. Seamlessly blending the dark and hypnotic alongside groove, their mixes deliver a unique listening experience that you don’t want to end! This mix is a perfect example of that 🔥

KAZERNE016 - Mesh Convergence - Still Dealing With It EP [Previews]

PHYR Records launches its debut episode with an electrifying one-hour set by the label’s visionary founder, Pyramidal Decode. 

This new series showcases the core of PHYR Records: dark, hypnotic, and powerful techno, brought to life with immersive, flashy club visuals that transform the dancefloor into a pulsating audiovisual experience.

For this inaugural episode, Pyramidal Decode crafts a journey through the label’s signature sound, blending atmospheric textures with relentless industrial rhythms. The visuals, synchronized with the music, create a futuristic club atmosphere-perfectly capturing the essence of PHYR’s identity.
Pyramidal Decode is the alias of Francesco De Marzo, a prolific Italian techno producer and DJ born in 1998.
Known for his genre-defying approach, he moves fluidly between ambient techno and hard industrial, creating mind-bending, hypnotic soundscapes.
 
Starting his musical journey as a guitarist, he later embraced electronic instruments, developing a unique production style that manipulates and distorts sounds into new forms.

Since launching the Pyramidal Decode project in 2017, he has released music on renowned labels such as Axis Records, Dynamic Reflection, MORD, Warm Up and his own Phyr Records.

His sets and productions are celebrated for their emotional depth and technical mastery, making him a rising figure in the international techno scene.

PHYR TRANSMISSION 001 - PYRAMIDAL DECODE

Hakkon nació en La Rioja (España) en agosto de 1991. Desde su infancia, se sintió atraído por la música electrónica y siempre tuvo el sueño de convertirse en DJ.

En 2010, comenzó su carrera en la escena electrónica, con la firme intención de convertirse en un profesional destacado. En 2013, dio sus primeros pasos en las discotecas, y con esfuerzo y dedicación ha ido construyendo un repertorio musical único y variado en sus sesiones. Sus actuaciones, cuidadosamente diseñadas, llevan al oyente a un viaje continuo de techno oscuro y contundente, creando una dinámica excepcional con sus sesiones a 2 y 3 decks.

Entre sus influencias más destacadas se encuentran artistas de la vieja escuela como Ben Sims, Truncate, Mark Broom, Robert Hood, Cristian Varela, Jeff Mills, Surgeon, Oscar Mulero y James Ruskin.

En 2022, Hakkon se unió al colectivo Plus One, compartiendo con artistas destacados de la escena mundial.

A nivel de producción, ha dejado su huella en países como Argentina, Colombia, España y Ámsterdam, y ha trabajado con sellos discográficos como Unterwelt, Parallel Thoughts, Dissolved Mind, Error in the System, The Office, Aoum, Hábitat Musical, Kobold, Concepto Hipnótico, Residen7Alien, Donker, Ethnic Meeting, Asymmetrical, Fonio, Raverground, Exodus, Volk, DZB, Simplecoding y Alchemical Minds

Report with the solo EP Structural Cohesion. This debut presented a theme that would guide not
only his sound but also his concepts and titles to this current date resulting in his own label and
artistic platform: Solitär.

Since the debut his output has been steady on well established labels such as Semantica, NON
series, Faut Section, Nachtstrom Schallplatten, Soma and Kazerne (Mord).

Over the years, his productions have appeared on respected labels such as Warm Up Recordings, Mord, Semantica, and his own Hardtools and Inducted Waves imprints. 

PWCCA’s music is regularly supported by top artists including Oscar Mulero, Surgeon, and Richie Hawtin, and his tracks are celebrated for their intensity, complexity, and emotional depth. His unwavering commitment to pushing the boundaries of techno has earned him a loyal following in Spain and beyond.
