Native American Flute with a 2hz Binaural Beat and nature sounds.  This is a C# flute in 432hz tuning.. The flute was made by Lee Nix in St. Louis, Mo.

Binaural beats are a way of synchronizing your brain waves (which are measured in hertz) with the hertz of the binaural beat. The brain has a frequency following response which causes this to occur. These can help induce states of relaxation, meditation and help to relieve anxiety and stressed out states. This works best with headphones because binaural beats are panned hard left and right which forces the brain to synchronize the two tones. The tone is C#, 68.05hz.

here's a basic rundown of the brains states:

Beta - 30hz-13hz - your normal awake state, in higher ranges or above 30hz you may be experiencing stress. In this case, you gotta chill!

Alpha - 13z-8hz - a relaxed and reflective state

Theta - 8hz-4hz - a very meditative state or getting drowsy and drifting off, if your sleepy)

Delta - 4hz and below - deep sleep or a very deep meditative state. Buddhist Monk's brainwaves have been measured in this state during meditation.

Since the start - the building of "The Alpha Project" album (Started in Portland, Or - 2004), I have been able to expand my artistic abilities along with my attitude towards life in leaps and bounds. In 2008 I was taught to carve Alligator Juniper, Purple Heart Cedar, and Ponderosa Pine into eagle and owl statues. At the same time - Marc Critzer was not only downloading me his knowledge of wood and stone carving; he was teaching me the advanced basics of the acoustic guitar... I feel since producing The Alpha Project album, I am able to retain multi-levels of information - multi-task - and actually make my game plan work out...  RETAIN IT and RECITE IT!!! 

The Bi-Lateral Entrainment frequencies that I produce through Ableton Live, acoustic guitar, and the Yamaha DGX-505 keyboard - has allowed me to complete and retain two vocational trades at the same time. During the three month long boot camp with Marc, I was also able to work on my album in small bits and chunks. Doing so, I feel helped me retain the information and apply it...  I now also play Bass Guitar - hand me your right handed guitar- I will flip it upside down and start jamming... 

So, basically - I'm telling you - if you get these frequencies into you - IT WILL SHOW YOU - that you are capable of doing things you had no idea that you could do... The 7-12Hz frequencies I produce through MUSIC and Instruments - creates Positive Affirmation, Energy, Creativity and Balance.  

The Alpha Project is NOT BRAIN CANDY - but instead - BRAIN FOOD!!! The more you get it in you - the more you will notice it works... I have created "Binaural beats", but the tones I have created are generated through instruments that resonate around 131hz - instead of just hearing white or pink noise - you hear music. That's about the same frequency we resonate at... You do the rest of the research for yourself now - I gotta get back to work - so I can take a break and get out and do my thing in nature... Now for the Brain Candy Side of Things....

I am currently uploading all of my experimental tracks... These tracks are of the beginning stages... Spooo, 333, Normalized, and many others were tracks that I produced to get the kinks worked out of Ableton and my voice.... Some of my tracks I record my voice and process it quite a bit to use in part of a song... I really enjoyed trying to work out the kinks - and I don't mind sharing my beginning creations with you - but just know that some of it just isn't good - I feel - but you might like it... So, LEAVE FEEDBACK!!! I don't care if I see a thumbs down on youtube  -  I dare ya - triple dog dare ya - it will just push me harder to come up with great music... HAHA - see - the hemi-sync works - you can't get me down.
