Esteemed composer and 300: Rise of an Empire film scorer Junkie XL wants to hear your take on his music behind the movie. He, along with SoundCloud and Dancing Astronaut, have opened the flood gates to provide you with the stems of the track "History of Artemisia" off the official motion picture soundtrack for you to remix and create your own original version. Junkie XL himself will screen and select the winners.

One (1) grand prize winner will win:

-Their track posted on 300 social media channels, including Facebook (11 million+ likes), @300Movie on Twitter (5K+ followers), and Warner Bros Pictures Twitter (1.2 million followers)
-A congratulatory Skype call with Junkie XL, where you can talk to the man himself about anything!

Four (4) runners up will win:

I was thinking recently that some of the best remixes I've made happened when I didn't have the original track - instead I was just given a vocal.

This meant I had no idea how the original track sounded, so I wasn't trying to make my remix sufficiently different, or compare it to the original, instead I was free to compose whatever music I felt would fit the vocal and that was that.

So I thought it would be cool to premiere a new track with the vocal only and no music, so here you go: the full, downloadable acapella of my new record with Christina Novelli 'Dynamite' ready-made for remixes, bootlegs or anything you like.

Download, have fun, and make sure you send me your mixes!
