i’ve had this song in my notebook 4 a while, but i finally decided to record a lil demo <33 one day i’ll actually have drums/bass in my songs lol

(TW: lyrics discuss self harm/suicide) so this week, i’ve been six months clean from self harm :) longest i’ve ever gone. i’m really proud of myself, bc it has truly been a tough year, but i am so much stronger now. this song is about my struggles with thoughts of relapse, intrusive thoughts, and just about the lows you go through while recovering. for my fellow survivors, i love you guys so much <3 if you ever need anything, my dms are always open. on the contrary to this song, i am very happy to be sober/clean :) (btw i’m super nervous 4 this ahaha)
