Cork based DJ and producer Gearóid was introduced to electronic music in his early teens, listening to hard house and trance releases from labels such as Tidy Trax and Bonzai Records. He fell into DJing at the age of 16, and eventually co-founded the house and disco collective JIVE,  supporting artists such as DJ Deece, Quinton Campbell and Big Miz. After a years residency with JIVE in Cyprus Avenue and a Summer residency in Club Atomic San Diego, as well as playing TRAX festival and multiple venues across Ireland, he has decided to go the heavier route under his 'Syntax' alias. Co-founding the MTRPLS label with Tiarnola, both producers have upcoming releases on the MTRPLS VA. Here he features with relentless hard techno/hardcore set.
