The Rentiers is a name for whatever kind of music Joel Tannenbaum (Plow United, Ex Friends) feels like playing and whoever he feels like playing it with. On this song he is joined by drummer Mikey Erg (The Ergs), vocalist Anika Pyle (Chumped) and producer/multi-instrumentalist Tyler Pursel (Gym Class Heroes). A four-song 12" EP will be released in March 2015 on Square of Opposition/Death to False Hope. Will there be shows? Not sure. Will there be another record? No idea. Are you still reading this? Cool. in 2012 we launched a kickstarter campaign. One of the incentives was that if you donated a certain dollar amount, we would record a cover song of your choosing. This is one of those songs. It's with sadness that we are sharing this on the occasion of Lemmy Kilmister's passing. Rock on in Peace, Lemmy.
