‘Caminhos’ is a tribute to the late samba singer and composer Sebastião Victorino Teixeira Dos Santos, better known as Catoni. The heavy swinging hip hop track bridges gaps between classic Brazilian samba sounds with hard hitting Dilla-esque grooves, raw funk and boom bap, taking us on a trip to the shores of Rio de Janeiro.

Paradox we were born,

like dice caught mid-air.”

We walk the illusion of straight paths,
yet every choice is a curve
folding back on itself.
Every expectation collapses the possibilities.
Every open eye expands them.

Our lives are not written in numbers.
They are carved in chance,
in will,
in the refusal to be bound by the last throw.

To exist is to incept the future.
To remember is to cast again.
To love is to refuse the collapse.

The dice are not against us.
They are us—
rolling, tumbling, reflecting light
in all directions at once.

And here, in this moment,
the dice rest on the table of Mindtime.
Not one.
Not six.
But infinite faces
shining back at us.
