Electronic, house music about too many emotions I had at one point.  I took onto much.  Couldn’t sleep, it was difficult.  Took me four to five years to get my emotions on paper from my perspective because it was fuzzy.  It felt like I lost traction. Please remember to take breaks, stay well-rested.  If you feel anxious or your adrenaline is building, it’s time to cut back on giving too much of yourself.  Be selective of where you expend your time.  Riding the roller coaster is great until you realize you should’ve stepped off at the last stop.  You’re doing great just keep your feet on the ground.
