Setkání s osazenstvem Hudebně-divadelního tábora Stanice techniků u řeky Otavy ve věku od 8 do 14 let. Společně jsme objevovali*y nové polohy našich hudebních nástrojů a povídali*y si o naslouchání, komunikaci, tajemném lese, brunclících, barvách zvuku, o tom, že naše nohy mají uši a hudba je všude kolem nás. 

Nahrávka zachycuje jednu část společné improvizace v pohybu na téma řeka.

Trishes - Beats Quarterly #42

Whooper Swans are rear to see nesting in Poland. Around 170 nesting pairs are currently identified. This couple just arrived to their nesting habitat. We can hear how they approach to the pond. They were not alone in the air. Another swans were there too and other birds reacted when they landed. Once Whooper Swans landed they started their characteristic song. It is mid March. Nature is waking up from the winter dream.

Recording was done during two days of constant recording at a small forest beaver pond. Both microphones were hidden between the logs directly lying on the lodge. The beaver family consists of 2 parents, 2 young beavers born two years ago and still staying probably last year with parents, and of two newborns.  
This part of the recording was done early in a day at sunrise (May) when older beavers just returned after a night to youngsters (still drinking milk from their mother). Adults can be heard eating branches dragged inside the lodge. There are probably two youngsters there listening to the voices. They will soon start exploring the world with their family.

Similar to previous recording the sounds were captured on beaver lodge presented at the attached photography. All sounds here come from the inside of the lodge but microphones were placed on the logs outside. We can hear two youngsters born just few weeks before playing together. Other beavers are probably outside feeding. There is possibility that mother is with them. We can hear how they move from right to left side of the lodge. The cubs do not go outside yet. This time will come soon.
