The ABEASTNENCE is a Brazilian band of heavy / thrash metal whose proposal is merging the best elements of metal with creativity and personality.
The name Abeastnence is an allusion to the beast that lives inside each one of us and that is put in shackles by the society today, causing a true abstinence by the original wild.

A ABEASTNENCE é uma banda brasileira de heavy/trash metal cuja proposta é convergir os melhores elementos do metal com criatividade e personalidade.
O nome Abeastnence é uma alusão a besta interior existente em cada um de nós e que é posta em amarras pela sociedade atual provocando uma verdadeira abstinência pelo selvagem original.
