Devil Or Angel - Jim Reeves

A favorite of mine. I met singer songwriter, Richie Supa with Bob Dillon's producer, Bob Johnston in Studio B of Columbia Records in 1970. I engineered Girl Of The North Country and When Can I Call You Friend. A few years later, Richie ask me to sing background vocals on this record. I brought in Amanda Albright and we sang these backing vocals to this beautiful song written and sung by Richie, produced by Dave Appell of The Tokens at Century Sound, a studio I maintained in the '60's.

This was my jingle engineering audition session for Edd Kalehoff Music in 1979. 3 x :60 TV spots and 24 edited variations, in a one day session.  Edd Kalehoff -keys, Richie Crooks -drums, Brian Brake -bass, Andy Schwartz -guitar, Hank Jaramillo -percussion, Gene Bianco -harp, Alan Rubin, Lou Marini, Tom Malone -horns, the Gene Orloff string section, and these singers. Got to do this almost every day for 5 years.
