We are delighted to announce the bringing back as vinyl of the hidden masterpiece by Japanese veteran house producer, SUGIURUMN who was baptised in Madchester and Ibiza from the 90's to 00's!
The title track, "Bit In Beatz 01" crosses the boundaries between techno and house, and its fat, strong and hypnotic groove captivates every dancer on the floor and will keep them moving endlessly.
And YOSHINORI SUNAHARA, Japan's proud electronic musician and also known as a highly skilled engineer, has interpreted the sound of the original track on an even deeper layer, elevating the "YSST Remix" into a spellbinding opus.

Fritz Ta is a Philadelphia-born Asian-American, Brooklyn-based DJ driven and inspired by his adventures and explorations in New York City underground electronic music scene.

Founder of MASHT NYC, he and a collective of fellow local DJ's seek to recreate and re-contribute the warm fuzzy vibes and profound effects that varying forms of light to dark, hard to soft, and deep techno, house, and minimal sounds have on the soul and psyche in their sets. 

Fritz has played at a plethora of local NY venues including Concrete Bar, CBU, XPO, Highline Ballroom, Bar 13, Bushwick Public House, and now these days holds a monthly residency at both Bossa Nova Civic Club and Jupiter Disco.

This mix was recorded with a Tascam recorder, Xone 92 mixer, and three Pioneer CDJs and is inspired by the branding images of Forgotten Grave as well as his label’s name Obscure Sorrows. While it is comprised of some hopeful and some brighter techno, which we might all need at this point in time, it is nonetheless interweaved with Fritz’s signature glimpses of eerie melancholic soundscapes and twisted nightmarish trippiness.

OWLS RULE. 

The label "abend kollektiv" was evolved in 2011 from techno party "abend" which started in 1999. Our basic colour is TECHNO in the broadest sense of the word, and as long as it's electronic music with a dance element, there are no restrictions on the form of our expression. 

The tempo of the releases is very gradual. Like an owl's hunting, if something catches our fancy, we immediately take action, if not, we wait quietly and patiently for the right moment. 
We release our products as CD, cassette and digital distribution. And also we start releasing 12" vinyl from 2021.
