My guest Maanav Yashroy @d_man_oo_runs is the Head of Indoor Solar Consumer business for Signify (Philips Lighting) across Africa, an avid runner and fitness enthusiast who has completed many ultra marathons (50+kms) and marathons with a stellar time of under 3h15m thus qualifying to some of the 'big six' in the marathon circuit like Boston, New York and Berlin marathons. When not running he's on his bike putting in the work doing 100km+ rides in spite of his busy work schedule. He has often worked closely with physiotherapists to manage some injuries along the way which we talk about in the podcast. He's a really smart and fun guy to be around and his energy rubs off on people around him. Here's a video of his  TEDx talk. 

He is joined by my friend Gaurav Sharma RPT @gaurav158 who is a registered physiotherapists in Canada, USA and India. Hi is an avid runner as well who has completed many marathons and is now training for a triathlon and is Maanav’s training partner.
