Episode 007: For this episode we are super excited to have an amazing artist and super talented producer, Chris Nord (@chris_nord_) DJ and Producer from Salzburg, Austria discovered his passion for electronic music already in the early 90s. When you find him behind the decks in a club or at a festival, you can expect a groovy mix between minimalistic deep tech and minimal techno with a dark and gloomy touch, spiced up with signature groovy elements. In terms of production and his style hereof, Chris always kept various musical options open. His tracks vary from the deeper floating sounds to more minimalistic and bass heavy (Minimal) Techno tracks. But the one thing in common for all tracks, is the energy in them, focusing that on the dance floor.

AlpaKa MuziK is very happy to announce another amazing addition to our team!! Italien DJ & event organizer,  Nicola Filippini aka BAO will be joining as Italian AlpaKa ambassador and label DJ.

BAO is an Italian DJ with over 15 years of experience in the psytrance scene. In 2020, he found a new creative direction in psytechno, a genre that blends deep, dark and groovy beats with driving energy. Since then, he's been a key figure in promoting the sound across Italy and Europe.

Beyond DJing, BAO is known for organizing events and festivals that bring together diverse music communities. As the newly appointed Italian label ambassador and resident DJ for AlpaKa MuziK, he continues to champion innovative electronic music while shaping the psytechno scene with his passion and forward-thinking approach.

Born in 2000, ABS—real name Julian D.A.—found his passion for electronic music at an early age. What began as a personal fascination quickly evolved into a serious artistic pursuit. By 2017, he had already attracted attention from several agencies, marking the start of his professional journey. Over the following years, he immersed himself in the studio, dedicating countless hours to honing his skills and cultivating a signature sound that fuses the deep, driving intensity of PSY-TECH, the raw energy of BUSH techno, and the shadowy textures of Dark Minimal Tech.

Drawing inspiration from the intricate sonic worlds of KEN ZO, ABS’s musical vision is also shaped by influential artists such as Greenwolve, Dragota, Lampé, Miles from Mars, Electrypnose, and Cubex. His DJ sets are characterized by pulsating basslines, immersive atmospheres, and carefully layered rhythms—crafted to evoke emotion and create an evolving, high-impact experience on the dance floor.

ABS has shared the stage with renowned international acts including Breger, Aka Nina, KOZY (AlpaKa MuziK), Scionaugh | Sciotech, Phoenix Movement, Reza Golroo, and Kuni. These collaborations have cemented his place within the underground electronic music scene, and further validated his rising profile as a compelling live performer.
