A BIRDSONG VALENTINE:

Formed in the heart of Chicago in 2006, by Brian Bender, Chris Masta Shen, and Oscar Diaz.  They have achieved a great deal of success in a small period of time with a D.I.Y. attitude to get heard in an overly saturated market.

The band's first album “GIVING IN AGAIN” (August 2007) was recorded with Emmy Award winning producer Freddie Breitberg (Neil Diamond, Natalie Cole, Britney Spears). Their second effort, "SINK OR SWIM" (October 2008) was recorded with producer Matt Mercado (Mind Bomb, Escape From Earth), and finds the band venturing into even harder-hitting territory as they hone their unique raw sound and harsh style.

-Performed at the 2008 Hennessy/Steve Madden/Akira Spring Fashion show at Alhambra Palace 
-Performed at Chicago venues like metro, double door, logan square auditorium, reggies, durty nellies, lake shore theatre, sub-t, elbo room, clear water theater, and more...
