In Focus this time is Lucas Nassar aka Toadstool, a producer from Brazil. He started studying Ableton live in 2010, and since then he has been experimenting with a lot different and weird sound designs. In 2013 he graduated from Yellow DJ School, further improving his mixing skills. In mid 2014 he started his Toadstool project with the intention of making a dark and dynamic sound without limitations to bpm, full of ambience, leads, striking basslines and a schizophrenic flow. Transforming all the bizarre repression of the system into frequencies and inner freedom, "living the extreme side". This mix titled 'A Tale of Toadstool' contains his performance playing Ableton live, the way he mixes, new and older tracks, also some collabs with other artists and friends. The concept is to provide something that throws everything that is trapped inside us into the shape of music, dance, humor and protest.

The project Abnormal Frequency represents the musical development of Johnny Psychas, originating from Greece.
In 2018, I began mixing tracks from my favorite artists to create storytelling sets, which innevitably grew  my passion for music exploration and  led me to focus on music production and sound design in late 2023.
The project emphasizes objective sound design, with hypnotic rhythms and layered textures, creating immersive environments  aiming for complete detachment.

The inspiration for the project  came inevitably by thinking  how even a single frequency can put us to different dimentions and states. This is why i  dedicate my project to create this abnormal state of mind for auditory exploration.
