In 2021, GRAMMY-nominated dance trio Above & Beyond celebrate the 10th anniversary of their critically-acclaimed second studio album, ‘Group Therapy.’ To mark the occasion, an eclectic selection of acts have taken on the challenge of remixing ten iconic tracks from the 2011 album. This cross-genre remix compilation includes an energetic trance rework from ilan Bluestone, a breakbeat remix from Anjunadeep favorite CRi, and stunning house and techno reworks from Kasablanca and Manila Killa who join the Anjunafamily for the first time. Also included on the compilation are two fan-favourite remixes released in 2021 from Oliver Heldens and Spencer Brown, as well as melodic house selections from the likes of Braxton, Shai T, Khen, and Newman (I Love), all lifted from the recent Beatport #1 compilation, '20 Years of Anjunabeats: The Deep Mixes’.

Alongside this digital remix album, Anjunabeats is releasing a limited-edition ’10 Years of Group Therapy: The Singles Collection’ vinyl box set, which sees six iconic singles from the album released on vinyl for the first time: ‘Sun & Moon’ feat. Richard Bedford, ’Thing Called Love’ feat. Richard Bedford, ‘Love Is Not Enough’ feat. Zoë Johnston, ‘On My Way To Heaven’ feat. Richard Bedford, ‘Sun In Your Eyes,’ and ‘Prelude’ are included in the box, alongside B-side remixes from ilan Bluestone, Oliver Heldens, Hybrid Minds, Seven Lions, and GRAMMY award-winning producer William Orbit. The vinyl box set also includes a special ‘10 Years of Group Therapy’ slipmat as well as 12”x12” matte-finish prints of each single artwork. On July 8, Anjunadeep regulars Braxton and Jon Gurd deliver the fourth & fifth singles from 'The Deep Mixes' compilation.

Braxton is a rising talent from Brighton in the UK. He’s had radio support in over 30 countries with spins on top stations like BBC Radio 1, SiriusXM, and Kiss FM and is responsible for Anjunadeep’s favourites “Chiaroscuro” and “Indigo”. Braxton’s debut EP on Anjunadeep, entitled ‘Indigo’, dropped earlier in 2021.

Braxton has delivered a lush, breakbeat remix of ‘Eternal’, the cinematic closing track from Above & Beyond’s acclaimed 2011 album ‘Group Therapy’.

“The ‘Group Therapy’ album was one of my favourites from Above & Beyond, so I’ve been wanting to do a remix like this for about ten years. ‘Eternal’ is a hugely nostalgic track, so getting the opportunity to remix it was super exciting and something I couldn’t wait to share.” - Braxton

Veteran DJ and producer Jon Gurd came up in the UK underground in the early 2000s. A resident at Bournemouth’s legendary Slinky, he toured alongside Mauro Picotto and Paul Van Dyk and collaborated with Drumcodes Alan Fitzpatrick and Reset Robot. His LP ‘Lion’, was released in 2020 on Anjunadeep to critical acclaim, with a proportion of the sales going to a UK charity supporting children with epilepsy.

"Quieter Is Louder" is the emotive opening track from Above & Beyond’s third full length studio album, 'We Are All We Need’ (2015).

On July 22, A.M.R and Newman (I Love) deliver the eighth and ninth singles from 'The Deep Mixes' compilation. 

A.M.R is the alias of Qatari producer Amr Hachicho. His career began in 2008 with trance releases on Enhanced Recordings, and he immediately gained support from some of the genres biggest names, like Above & Beyond, Armin van Buuren and Tiesto. A decade later, A.M.R switched gears, diving into deeper, progressive sounds with a series of EPs on Monstercat Silk. This year, A.M.R made his Anjunadeep debut with “Central Park”, the emotive closing track from ‘Anjunadeep Explorations 17. Off the back of that release, he took the reins on a coveted ABGT Guest Mix spot (Group Therapy 409).

Producing under his Newman (I Love) alias, Stephan Delacotte is An All Day I Dream label regular best-known for his 10-week chart-topping debut EP, ‘Breath of the Souls.’ He makes his Anjuna debut with a slower-tempo remix of “Love Is Not Enough.” 

“This project started out as a fun experiment when Tony from Above & Beyond discovered my sound and invited me to be a guest on the Deep Set livestream series.  They imagined the vocals of “Love Is Not Enough” on top of my grooves, so they asked me if I would remix the song. They liked my slower tempo and less trancey interpretation so much that this became an official release.” - Newman (I Love)

Above & Beyond kick off the second half of their ’10 Years of Group Therapy’ celebrations with one of Anjunabeats' earliest signings, Maor Levi. 

‘With Your Hope’ is longtime collaborator Richard Bedford’s vocal accompaniment to the classic instrumental ‘Hope’ from Above & Beyond’s ’Tri-State’ album. It was released on a bonus track version of the ‘Group Therapy’ album in 2011, exclusively on Amazon Music. Now, the track sees its first worldwide release on all stores with Maor Levi’s remix, debuted during Above & Beyond’s headline set at last year’s Group Therapy 450 festival at The Drumsheds London. 

Maor has been a semi-regular contributor to Anjunabeats since 2006, and in that time he has helped to define the modern sound of the label. Maor first signed to Anjunadeep at the age of 15 with 'Lital', before jumping across to Anjunabeats. He's since produced a continuous stream of club hits for the label including classics like ‘Reflect’, ‘Shapes’ and ‘Won’t Say No’.

In 2021, GRAMMY-nominated dance trio Above & Beyond kicked off the 10th-anniversary celebrations of their critically-acclaimed second studio album, ‘Group Therapy.’ To mark the occasion, an eclectic selection of acts took on the challenge of remixing ten iconic tracks from the 2011 album. The first part of this cross-genre remix compilation included reworks from ilan Bluestone, Oliver Heldens, Spencer Brown, CRi, Kasablanca, Manila Killa and more.

For part two of the ‘10 Years of Group Therapy’ celebrations, twelve more remixers have stepped up to the plate, including Maor Levi, William Orbit, Fehrplay, Nourey, Etherwood and more. The package also includes Sunny Lax’s mix of ‘Sun In Your Eyes’, the closing track on Anjunabeats Volume 15, and Blastoyz’ psy-trance remix of ‘Sun & Moon’, played by Above & Beyond in their Group Therapy 400 celebrations.

Alongside these digital remix albums, Anjunabeats is releasing a limited-edition ‘10 Years of Group Therapy: The Singles Collection’ vinyl box set, which sees six iconic singles from the album released on vinyl for the first time: ‘Sun & Moon’ feat. Richard Bedford, ‘Thing Called Love’ feat. Richard Bedford, ‘Love Is Not Enough’ feat. Zoë Johnston, ‘On My Way To Heaven’ feat. Richard Bedford, ‘Sun In Your Eyes,’ and ‘Prelude’ are included in the box, alongside B-side remixes from ilan Bluestone, Oliver Heldens, Hybrid Minds, Seven Lions, and William Orbit. The vinyl box set also includes a special ‘10 Years of Group Therapy’ slipmat as well as 12"x12" matte-finish prints of each single artwork. This box set is a limited, hand-numbered edition and is expected to ship in autumn of 2022. Pre-orders are available now at the Anjuna Music Store. UK drum & bass outfit Hybrid Minds remix Above & Beyond and Zoë Johnston’s ‘Love Is Not Enough’ from the acclaimed 2011 album, ‘Group Therapy’. 

Stars of the drum and bass scene, Hybrid Minds are Josh White and Matt Lowe. Through their own Hybrid Music imprint, they’ve released huge vocal anthems such as ‘Touch’, ‘Drowning In You’, ‘Higher Love’ and their 2020 release ‘Don’t Ever’ with DRS. Their latest release - a collaboration with Netsky, ‘Let Me Hold You’, was released on Hospital Records just last month and has already received over 2 million streams. 

Currently hosting a weekly radio show on the national station KISS FM in the U.K., Josh and Matt have been a prolific touring outfit in recent years, with festival performances at Outlook, Hideout and El Dorado festival and virtual performances for Glastonbury and SW4 for 2020. As well as an Ibiza residency scheduled and a forthcoming UK tour including a headline show at London's Brixton Academy in 2021. 

Sharing Above & Beyond’s love for orchestral arrangements and softly spoken lyrics, Hybrid Minds were a natural fit to rework a classic from the British trio, who celebrate 20 years of their label Anjunabeats this year. 

A collaboration with Zoë Johnston, one of dance music’s truly iconic voices, ‘Love Is Not Enough’ is a classic tale of two individuals growing apart.

With several No. 1 hits and over two billion streams to his name, Oliver Heldens is a true superstar of our scene. Considered the founding father of ‘future house’, his breakout hit ‘Gecko’ featuring Becky Hill lit up the UK Top 40 charts in 2013.
