This was a historic moment for us as well - the first time our now-resident @glassguts laid down a set for us.  We had to convince him to come out of a FIFTEEN year hiatus to share some UKG dubplates with our dancefloor, and he has been rocking our parties ever since.  One for the books baby!

We were proud to host the unstoppable 1-2 combo of @sambingamusic and @biancaoblivion on their first stop of their stateside Sweatboxx Tour.  A sold-out Cantab basement and a homecoming of sorts for our friend Bianca - this was a night that the AG fam will remember for a long time.

The baddest bros in Boston, sin.lanka (@sinhausmusic b2b @louielanka), stepped up next to keep the vibe going - club, garridge, dubstep, and...BARS?!?  I bet y'all didn't know we got down like that - even Sam was droppin it LOW.  What a night!

And finally, our headliner is someone who we consider a dear friend.  Jam-2 has been a part of the New England scene for decades, as a member of UKG supergroup Soul Champion as well as throwing his own nights Operation Underground (keep your eyes peeled for a reboot) and dubstep-focused Bassic.

We couldn't have thought of a better artist to feature as our first ever non-resident slot at The AboveGround, and despite some USB troubles, @jam-2 still took our dancefloor by storm and delivered a memorable set.  Peep it and let us know what you think!
