For our 20th release, we’re very happy to welcome Brugge’s dybbuk to MONTAGE! With his Interloper EP, he continues where he left off on last year’s Unruhe on Canada’s Causal Chain. Further researching his dubbed-out productions, Interloper features 5 bass-driven experiments.

Hisolat is immensely proud to present Lulll, Sarah McCauley's debut album, a tranquil and restful series of hallowed meditative melodies and fervent compositions in which sound is fragmented or fused together, shifting between the mournful and balmy serenity before it decrescendos into pure quietness.

Sarah McCauley is a producer and composer who works with digital synthesis and recorded sound material to create shifting textural songs and longer compositions. Her debut album Lulll was made over several years between Ireland and Australia. Drawn to its characteristic glissandi and microtonal capabilities, this release is the result of her work with the ondes musicales which is gently reshaped alongside digital and recorded material in simple, circling and emotive pieces.

"Again last night, as the dusk air began to move across the desert from Lagoon West, I heard fragments of music coming in on the thermal rollers, remote and fleeting, echoes of the love-song of Lunora Goalen. Walking out over the copper sand to the reefs where the sonic sculptures grow, I wandered through the darkness among the metal gardens, searching for Lunora's voice. No one tends the sculptures now and most of them have gone to seed, but on an impulse I cut away a helix and carried it back to my villa, planting it in the quartz bed below the balcony. All night it sang to me, telling me of Lunora and the strange music she played to herself..."&#13;
