ABS8LUTE is a French music activist and passionate digger. 

As a groove lover, she enjoys driving her public into exciting techno storms with hypnotic atmospheres and percussive sounds. 

Outside of the DJ booth, she works for a better representation of women and POC in the industry by writing for music medias like Mixmag France, by animating talks and debates on inclusion for the Paris Electronic Week, and by creating the Vénus Club, a collective of women DJs that recently took by surprise the French electronic scene. 

Her unique take on rhythm led her to be on the same line up as DJ Stingray, DJ Tool, Mary Lake, Electric Rescue, ASEC and Hendrik van Boetzelaer, at Tresor with Laura BCR and several times at Berghain for the famous Klubnacht.

Outside of the DJ booth, she works for a better representation of women, POC and queer people in the industry by giving DJing classes to minorites, animating talks and debates on inclusion, and by creating the Vénus Club, a collective of women DJs that recently took by surprise the French electronic scene. Her unique take on rhythm led her to appear several time at Berlin’s notorious Berghain with renowned artists such as MARRØN, Dasha Rush, DVS1, Ben Klock, Fadi Mohem and many more.

For this new premiere, we are happy to feature Taaris with her upcoming track “Native Rhythm ”, a driven hypnotic track for Kluster Records and ABS8LUTE next VA "Kluster VA Hypnotik III", featuring organic percussive sounds in an eerie yet captivating atmosphere to be released on the 21/03/2025

ABS8LUTE, known for her hypnotic, percussive techno rooted in her Caribbean heritage, is also part of the Artistic Direction team at Kluster. 
For this project, she curated a Various Artists compilation for Kluster Records, handpicking some of the most exciting emerging producers. She made sure to include female, queer, and BIPOC artists, reflecting her commitment to inclusivity. Inspired by her influences, she selected groovy, dynamic, and percussive tracks contributing to Kluster’s vision of rhythm and groove.

Andy Martin - Prima Materia

ABS8LUTE is a French DJ and music activist known for her hypnotic and percussive techno style. She draws from her Caribbean heritage the ability to create a unique multi-layered primitive atmosphere with an irresistible groove that won’t give the dancers any rest.
Her influence extends beyond the clubs as she is a strong advocate for the representation of women and minorities in electronic music. She founded the Vénus Club, a feminist collective promoting FLINTA DJs and gives DJ workshops to empower marginalized communities. She is also one of the Artistic Director of forward-thinking Parisian collective Kluster.
Her distinctive rhythmic approach has secured her a place on impressive line-ups as well as regular appearances at notorious Berghain.
