COSMOS: Night of the Sky-River is a ceremonial, drum-driven vision-quest told as one long night. A circle of young warriors gathers at the village fire and, under the guidance of a shaman, is led into a shared cosmic journey.

Powwow-style big drum, water drums, frame drums, foot-stomp rhythms, rattles, chanting on open vocables, and a lone wooden flute carry the story from first sparks of flame to the pale light of dawn. Each track is a different phase of the initiation: gathering, trance, the sky opening, crossing a star-river, trials among constellations, meeting the ancestors, claiming a steady warrior heart, and returning to the fire changed.

By the end of Sun on New Faces, the night feels like an epic myth: boys went out under the stars and came home as men, with the drumming as the bridge between earth and sky.
