I've been enjoying listening to podcasts from Quebec and heard some interesting tunes, see at 1:47; https://soundcloud.com/user-548827670/tout-lmonde-en-place-cfid-fm-1037-dimanche-17-octobre-2021

This tune reminded my wife of the theme from Disney's Aristocats feature film.  I try to copy with my accordion (missing a triplet here or there).   So happy to pick up FM radio broadcasts from Quebec in this way so much farther south.  

My 50 year ago study skills  in french unfortunately didn't pick up the tune name.  I wonder if Disney lifted this one for his film somehow ?

»vortices« is ueno masaaki’s first release on raster-noton, and the seventh release of the unun series.

ueno masaaki takes his musical cue from natural phenomenon and laws of nature by trying to reconstruct, not simulating them. the results are mainly rhythmical patterns that set off a chain reaction, expanding and contracting and creating new formations all the time.

the four tracks he presents on the EP are characterized by solid sound structures that appear to be very harsh and straight, sometimes even brutal, whereas the high pace even intensifies this impression. apparently repetitive at first sight, the tracks are in fact highly complex and intelligently arranged, presenting unforeseen breaks and shifts in direction.

I really feel like sing this Tom Wait's song my own way, since i discover recently "The Wire " an excellent American Serie, each of the 5 seasons has as Theme Music a different version of the original "Way Down in the Hole "...I often Sing Prayers my own way, since Youth,(i got no religious education in my childhood, meditate & read the Bible was my revolution) I love JESUS , for me He symbolises the heartical spirituality, the divine  link we can have with the creator.... God himself can't be definite, Giver of Life, Eternal, Infinite as the Univers... I believe in Him, even I don't have no specific religion, i appreciate the essential positive messages common to the diverses churches & philosophies..."The Wire" is one of the best American Serie, even Obama & many Cinematic professionnals mention it as their favorite.
