Three years have passed since the Abstraction project first saw the light. Designed as a tool to give a voice to the young generation of Techno artists in Cuba. In this time, many interesting things have happened and new faces have been added to the imprint.

On the occasion of this event we have put together a compilation of twenty tracks. Inside we can find cuts from the main producers in the country and several international guests. Styles and influences such as Industrial, Acid, Trance, Rave or IDM describe the tone of this release. And so we close a year in which chaos has taken over the world and the scene has been seriously affected, but we have the hope that better days will come.

Various Artists - 3 Years Of Abstraction

Our latest premiere is now online featuring a track titled 'Cause You Asked For It' by Cuban artist Åre:gone on his forthcoming self release  EP 'Canción De Despedida'.

A very personal release, loaded with intense emotions and omens... each track tells a story, a moment, those feelings that we cannot avoid so easily. 

It is a parenthesis to immortalize a memory and at the same time the closing of a period very well lived. Although there may be four tracks, if you listen carefully, they are also one. 

Out of the four tracks, 'Cause You Asked For It' is the more visceral and physical track that uses the classic rhythmic pattern of Techno oriented for clubs and other venues.
