Our first EP of 2025 comes from our long time friend and supporter, @babeldubs , from Northern Virginia. First appearing on our Tales of the Emporium 002 compilation album, Babel adds this two track EP to the catalog with heavy sub bass with mellow midrange synths to create both a meditative and danceable vibe. The lead-track by the same name is deep and spacious, echoing effects to create an atmosphere as the meditative bassline rides. The second track, "Mimic", is danceable but heavy, aiming to get the bass face engaged while you move to the catchy tune. A mediocre track from Benny Fishel. This tune features some bass, drums, and sounds. It's okay i guess, if you like this sort of thing. Sometimes it makes me feel sick to my stomach, slight headaches, nausea, things of that nature. I recommend verifying with a doctor that it is safe to listen to this if you are pregnant or interested in becoming pregnant. Lmfao on a serious note Benny Fishel has a definite next level take on music. His work is extremely fluid, emotional, deep, mystical, and gripping. Very solid track complimented by a wide array of emotional sounds and vibes. He is an extremely hard working dude on not only his music, but helping promote it through Subworld Audio who he runs. His dedication is endless and it really means a lot to know this guy. He has helped and inspired me a ton with the Årchive and i couldn't do what i do without him. If you haven't heard his other music I highly suggest you do. 2016 holds big things for this North Carolina resident, and I'm absolutely stoked to be along for the ride. Joseph and the whole Subworld Audio crew are truly amazing and kind people, and I'm really glad to be in contact with all of them.
