Number 73 brings Frankfurt-based duo ''VILLA'' to the Podcast Series. After having them over in Berlin for our Summer Groove edition at Else, we knew we needed to have them on display for this month's entry.

VILLA is known for their dynamic performances and modern approach to their genre both in Germany and internationally. Their creative mixing and high-energy tracks have built them a loyal, growing fan base. Also their own productions have received critical acclaim and offered them releases on labels such as Monnom Black, Mutual Rytm and Akronym. With their style being supported by notable DJs around the globe, VILLA is a duo to be looking out for.

Boy In Nature is a Perth-based producer known for bringing playful experimentation to electronic music and delivering vibrant DJ sets that effortlessly energise large rooms. Drawing from tribal sounds, ambient textures, and 90s techno, his music is purposeful and deeply influenced by his immersion in club culture. His tracks have earned recognition and support from respected artists including Alarico, Chlär, X CLUB, and Yanamaste.

Recorded in Perth, this mix showcases a selection of darker, compelling tracks Boy In Nature has been enjoying, particularly highlighting music from talented friends. It also offers an exclusive preview of tracks from his forthcoming album, due out in April.

BCCO Mix Series 555: Boy In Nature

Freddie, aka Reformist, is an upcoming hardgroove and techno producer from Brighton, UK. He is particularly known for his blend of energetic grooves with dub and house/garage influences, and has garnered support from some of the biggest names in the scene such as Daria Kolosva, Fjaak, Elli Acula and more. This year saw his debut EP release, Make Your Move, which holds some of his prestigious work so far in his production career. 

2025 for Freddie is focusing on refining his craft; focusing on finding a sound true to himself, whilst continuously drawing inspiration from all realms of the musical spectrum.

TECH CLUBBERS PODCAST W/ THE MILLER

The Miller was born in the city of Gothenburg, Sweden, in 1978. His journey into the captivating world of music production commenced in 1992 when he first laid hands on an Amiga 500 computer and the revolutionary Protracker software. However, it was in 1996 that he truly found his calling, becoming captivated by the possibilities presented by Fasttracker II.
Following his relocation to Stockholm between 2002, The Miller experienced a zenith of creativity that left an indelible mark on the techno music landscape. During this period, his innovative sound graced vinyl releases on esteemed labels such as Pertence (BR), Sway (SE), Wetmusik (AU), and Primevil (UK). These ventures showcased his ability to seamlessly blend genres, solidifying his status as a versatile and influential artist.
After a hiatus from the techno scene, The Miller resurfaced in 2022 with a successful release on the distinguished Mexican label Anaøh, characterized by a Latin influenced sound, especially in the percussions, and funk rhythms combined with his already classic deep and hard basses.
