primărie’s musical journey began in 2007, driven by a passion for djing and a vision to create something truly meaningful. he spent his early years experimenting with sound within the vibrant bucharest scene. in 2010, he founded tzinah records, a label that has become a beacon for the romanian minimal and microhouse movement. tzinah records blends underground beats with cosmic sounds, fostering a new generation of artists and serving as a platform for sonic innovation and spiritual elevation.

after spending time in berlin, where he absorbed the city's deep-rooted electronic music culture, primărie returned to romania, where he found his true playground. from infamous after-parties to intimate performances in packed clubs, primărie has become a key figure in every major romanian city. his sets go beyond performances; they are immersive experiences, blending deep grooves with uplifting energy to create a shared journey on the underground dance floors. through his music, he invites people to connect, smile, and transcend the ordinary.

I made this remix after discovering the original track and being moved by its ethnic spirit and the soul of Bashkortostan, where Ay Yola come from. Their unique blend of ancient Bashkir folk traditions with modern sounds inspired me to reinterpret the track in a progressive house style while keeping its essence. I’m sharing this version as a personal tribute to their culture and music—hope you feel the same connection I did.

I highly recommend checking out the original track, as well as exploring the group and the region they come from, to fully feel the inspiration behind this remix.
