Where are you putting your energy? That's a creative influence.

Are you putting your energy into what's true? Listening to how your body feels is what's true.

Putting energy into the mirror image, alternate, parallel, reverse, caleidoscopic universe is not true.

What you see in the mirror, probably isn't what you are, as it could be heavily influenced by your points of view.

All the energy you are putting into anti creation of your bodies, will you now withdraw that energy?
