She pauses her daytime work to extend, mash up, and make the periodic live appearance to showcase her music archive — a thorough undertaking some 30 years in the making.

Live set content from the late ’60s to this very moment is fair game, but her especial love for Antipodean content, Canadian content, and content from the 1984 to 1992 period mustn’t be missed.

You may happen to know her as Astrid Idlewild. Astrid has moonlighted as a DJ since 1994.
