Born November 2012, ACE EFALENT (Previously known as LOVECHILD) are a 3 piece hard rock band from Newcastle NSW. Drawing musical influences from Alternative Rock bands such as Nirvana and Pearl Jam aswell as Australian Rock bands You Am I and Silverchair. Capturing a sound very much their own described as - "If Grinspoon were raised by AC/DC, and a surf band who had joint custody, got them on weekends." A.Carter - Muso's Garage  
Since day dot, Audiences have been shepherded through a sea of unpredictable rock shows led by front man Guitarist/Vocalist - Nathan Hurst who is excitingly contagious, always bursting with high energy showmanship. Completed by Bass Extremist - La’ree Hickey & Drumming Sensation - Davey Slattery. Ace Efalent have been stomping their way into the Australian music scene quickly building a fan base and a reputation as an exciting rock experience earning support slots for International Rockers 'Your Favorite Enemies' - (CAN) & 'Evol Walks' - (USA) plus a tonne of well established Australian Rock bands including 'Kingswood, British India, The Delta Riggs, Bonjah, King Of The North, Gay Paris, The Love Junkies' plus many others among a stew of headline shows. 
Releasing two (x2) E.P's during 2013 - 'Feel Good Now' & 'Lovechild' - with both ep's listing tracks that earned Ace Efalent a live to air interview AND airplay both locally and statewide (NSW), PLUS - 2014's 'God Knows' recieving local airplay. 
Giving fans a taste of what to expect from E.P number 3 - lead single 'Thin King' is NOW available with the full E.P being released 16/12/2015
