I started this a couple months ago, got bored of it, but came back to it last night and wrapped it up today. I know Theodore Tugboat isn't everyone's favorite show, but I grew up watching it (unlike Tugs), and I value it for the nostalgia it brings me today. So here's a theme from "Theodore and the Boat Bully." The title pretty much explains everything. This is gonna be my last theme before I head off to college, but you'll still get posts from me once I've settled in.  Anyways, hope you all enjoy!
