James' Season 8-12 Theme in G Minor

Commissioned by Nolan Sheridan, who wanted a Series 6 styled theme for Duck. I don't do a lot of S6-7 stuff but they are rather interesting to work with sometimes, definitely a more classical approach during this era of the show's music. 


Around this time, a lot of the signature themes became a lot more 'smooth' and let the strings and woodwinds provide the rhythm compare to let's say Series 1-4 which still liked to use cabasas to emulate pistons or kick drums to add a punch. While not as appreciated as the shows earlier music, this style of music fits the Gullane era tone perfectly.

I'm really getting back into making Tugs music, as you can probably see.  Here's the danger-esque theme heard in "Up River" and "Munitions," definitely one of my favorite pieces by Mike and Junior period. This was originally made for a school project. Anyways, hope you all enjoy!

The Hurrying Theme - TUGS (Completely Remastered)

I started this over a year ago when GWShunter suggested I do it, only to lose the motivation to work on it until recently. I figured it would be an appropriate release for today, since Regatta was titled "4th July" on VHS releases. The Regatta Parade - TUGS

Warrior's Theme - Remastered (TUGS)

Huge shout-out to Johnny Hayes and MKtheInstrumentalist for identifying the conga and bongo samples. This is one of the most badass themes in all of Tugs and it's been on my to-do list for a while. Hope you all enjoy!
