In 1999 B. Dolan moved from Rhode Island to NYC to pursue his passion. He had been writing and rapping for years, but Brooklyn’s Nuyorican Poets Cafe introduced him to spoken word which is when his career as a stage performer began. Finding himself on hard times he slept on park benches and subway trains before scoring a job as a doorman at a building that happened to be in close proximity to the Twin Towers. Just as he began piecing his life together the 9/11 attacks happened, leaving him in a paranoid mental state which ultimately resulted in his self-imposed exile from the birthplace of hiphop.

The move back to RI in 2002 proved to be a wise one for Dolan. Over the next few years he tapped into the local arts community, volunteered for at-risk youth programs, created the consumer activist website Knowmore.org, teamed up with Sage Francis, signed to Strange Famous Records and toured relentlessly.

In 2008 he released "The Failure" LP as well as the "Live Evel" vinyl EP.
In 2009 he released "The House of Bees, Vol 1" mixtape.
in 2010 he released the "Fallen House, Sunken City" LP.

I made this track with a certain rhythmic swing in mind to subtly break your neck. Simple, mysterious, and lazy with somewhat of a strait forward Hip Hop vibe. The background lead i added was inspired by 70’s crime films. I remember Opio staying up all night in the forest shed studio to record the vocals this. The finished song felt like an honest representation of everything that could go on in your head while you’re vibing out in the middle of nowhere by yourself.

Opio:
I recorded Stoned Temple Pilot up at the cabin in Russian River late at night all by myself. The beat is dark dirty and dusty and it matched my surroundings perfectly. I was out there without any media stimulation, no cell phone service and spotty wifi at best which left me with nothing but my imagination. Lyrically,this song is quite visual, when you hear it you can almost see what I’m saying. like to paint pictures with words and I feel like this is a great example of that.

Los Angeles emcee Pawz One and Dutch producer Robin Da Landlord release the first single off their upcoming collaborative album "Sell Me A Dream: Flowstalgia". The new single titled "Sucker Punch" is produced by Robin Da Landlord and cuts by DJ VR. Pawz One says that he would love to punch out internet trolls but settles for giving them another song to hate on because prison food sucks.

The upcoming album "Sell Me A Dream: Flowstalgia" will be released on May 18th. The 9 track album by Pawz One is entirely produced by Robin Da Landlord and includes guest features by Prince Po of Organized Konfusion, MED and VegaMonster.

Hailing from the dephs of the Los Angeles underground, Acid Reign is ranked amongst the elite. Proud veterans of the Project Blowed camp, MC's Gajah and Beond have been advancing their craft since their first cassette, Acid Trip...a journey to the..., dropped in 1997.Since then they have built a pretty hefty catalog, highly noted for their groundbreaking release Ready Yet? in 2003, followed by the duos opus Time &amp; Change on Alpha Pup Records in 2006, they continued to push their music and all the boundaries around them.
After a brief hiatus and successful solo ventures, Acid Reign has returned to release their new LP, Diversity, on Uncommon Records. Expect many more releases by the Reign in the near future including an EP with mysterious third member Olmeca as Acid Lab records takes off with full speed.
