In an ever-changing industry it’s hard to stay relevant. Karl Tabone aka Husko has been in the scene for a little over 5 years now but only recently has he decided to push his own boundaries and pursue his passion for music professionally.

With releases spanning across labels such as Toolroom Records, Glasgow
Underground, &Friends, Pomme Fritte and more, Husko has managed to attract
attention internationally gaining frequent support from A-list radio stations and DJs.

His tracks have been played on the radio by the likes of Danny Howard, Annie Mac, Jaguar and Jax Jones and has received club support from industry heavy weights such as Denis Sulta, Mark Knight, Fatboy Slim, Basement Jaxx, David Guetta, LP Giobbi, Benny Benassi and more.

His most recent hit ‘Goodnight’, is an absolute dance floor smash. A re-work of First Love’s ‘Don’t Say Goodnight’ is packed, chock full of energy whilst keeping the glitz and glamour of the original. It has been heavily supported by the likes of Sarah Story, Monki and plenty others.

Hey this is John from Le Visiteur Online, welcome to the first of our new audio interviews where I will be speaking to some of disco and house music’s most inspiring artists and biggest characters.

For our opening episode I am talking one of the true legends of the scene Nicky Siano. His club 'The Gallery' in Manhattan was one of the three clubs which helped spark the disco scene and bring it to worldwide attention alongside the Loft and the Paradise Garage. Nicky was also a resident at the equally legendary Studio 54.

Inspiring those around him Nicky was a mentor to both Larry Levan and Frankie Knuckles so his imprint on the scene is unquestionable.

We had a long chat about his career including how he started his DJ'ing 16, the impact of the Gallery, how he developed his DJ Style, David Mancuso, Larry Levan, Frankie Knuckles, his own DJ heroes, his upcoming film ‘Love is the message’ and how his career and life has progressed over the years.
