Sweden’s instrumental cosmic rock quartet, MY BROTHER THE WIND, will release their third full-length album, Once There Was A Time When Time And Space Were One, this October, the opus harnessing forty-five minutes of the band’s entirely improvised, instrumental psychedelic bliss. Recorded live to an analog tape machine from 1969 with no overdubs and everything is improvised from scratch and captured in a single day, the band used six and twelve string acoustic and electric guitars, mellotron, flute, bass, drums, congas and more to complete the task. The album was captured in full analog on 2" tape courtesy of a 16 track Ampex from 1969 at Drop Out Analogue, in the snowy wilderness of Åmål, Sweden, with engineering duties handled by Love Tholin, who used vintage flangers, plate reverbs and tape echoes to achieve the LP’s unrestrained sound and exceptionally organic tones, after which it was mixed by Tholin and the band, and mastered by Hans Fredriksson.

MY BROTHER THE WIND is a fully improvisational cosmic rock collective consisting of members of widely known Swedish progressive rock acts Makajodama, Magnolia, Animal Daydream and Anekdoten, their output an inviting sound for fans of Popol Vuh, Amon Duul, Sun Ra, Ash Ra Temple, Gong and Pink FloydFree Electric Sound -- the instrumental music division of The Laser’s Edge -- will release Once There Was A Time When Time And Space Were One worldwide on October 14th, with a deluxe vinyl version to follow.

When WE BUTTER THE BREAD WITH BUTTER sing the German nursery rhyme "Alle meine Entchen", it doesn't sound like swimming pleasure with a sweet yellow rubber duckie, but powerful 'Battleships' in the Baltic Sea!
The duo from Lübben in the East of Germany has focused on the highly idiosyncratic dubbing and covering of children's well-known songs. Blast-Beat attacks from the drums scrap the lovely melody of "Backe backe Kuchen", buried under tons of sludge-heavy riffs and driving the song with full force and dark growls against the wall.
At the end the audience is stunned before the ruins, alienated and wondering what evil the two gentlemen of WE BUTTER THE BREAD WITH BUTTER must have encountered in their childhood. Maybe they were bathed too hot when they were young,  the rest we prefer not to know...

"Why, in Death or Grindcore as a sterotype, are you only able to think about energy and Mosh-Pits. Why not forget all the conventional guidelines and the essential elements such as melody or modern influences?"  
After Tobias Schultka and Marcel Neumann asked this question, We Butter The Bread With Butter was born. They've achieved this with modern electro-melodies, embedded in heavy-sludge riffs and a really perfect Deathcore voice, a sound structure to create, what in this scene, is almost unique.
After only one year there was such a tremendously interested fanbase structured, that the two students decided to record their debut album in the summer of 2008. Even though they are just two band members, We Butter The Bread With Butter isn't just a project. For half a year the band was in the upper half of the Myspace Top-10-charts not only because of the 5,000 + daily profile views. Even the requests from the U.S. were increasing daily.
The band have plans to release their debut album in 2009. With the amount of ideas these 2 gentleman have, it might even be a double album act. Which then, should eradicate idea of it being "just a project". You may be curious what the two guys from the Spreewald still have in store...

Haciendo ruido desde el 2003, Acidez ha logrado subir el volumen del Punk mexicano, alcanzando un nivel considerable en la escena mundial, demostrando la misma actitud inquebrantable desde sus inicios con un E.P., cuatro álbumes de estudio y tres splits con bandas internacionales. Hardcore Punk con elementos de Thrash, D-Beat y Rock 'n' Roll, influenciado por el Punk inglés de principios de los ochenta es lo que define su sonido,
El ser tu mismo, hacer lo que te plazca  sin importar lo que los demás piensen y el estar orgulloso del camino que has tomado, es el grito que Acidez ha llevado a lo largo de sus giras dentro y fuera de México, destrozando escenarios a lo largo del planeta, con 5 giras europeas presentándose en más de 110 conciertos, incluyendo festivales como Obscene Extreme, Mighty Sounds, Rebellion Festival, Pod Parou, Resist To Exist, etc; 33 shows repartidos en 3 giras en Estados Unidos, 9 en Brasil, 9 en Canadá, 3 en Colombia resaltando su presentación en el Rock Al Parque.
El contenido de las letras generalmente desaprueba al sistema, sus continuas injusticias y sus cimientos hechos a base de egoísmo y codicia. La transgresión a los dogmas religiosos que aún manipulan a nuestra sociedad, la destrucción continua del planeta, el odio a las reglas y el amor por la cerveza son también temas muy comunes usados en la lírica de las canciones, explotando en los oídos de miles de personas que están dispuestas a escuchar el sonido del ácido, que gota a gota corroe la estructura de lo establecido.
