Rainfall at Russian Nuclear Military Base in Vogelsang

The rain is nearly over and the water cleaves it's way through the ruins of the nuclear military base of vogelsang. The rain stops and the waterfalls get thinner.

This Recording was made at the upside of a raised hide in early windy spring time. It is a wood in brandenburg called "kleine Schorfheide". It is close to Zehdenick/Vogelsang. It is a binaural artificial head recording and works best on headphones.

Brandenburg KleineSchorfheide

This recording was made on a sunday at one of the only almost motor-free spots in the center of Berlin. You still hear trains from time to time. Whenever you move some meters to the right or left or even on working days the big streets around get obvious hearable.

This place is right in front of a big aviary at the backside of Berlin Zoo. So we here stolling humans, sparrows and corbies and some exotic birds from inside the cage.

Berlin Tiergarten Zoo

Artificial Head Recording made in Serle/Italy again, at eastern 2012. It is quite in the mountains. It was made on one of those ritual place like hunting spaces which you could find all over this area.
Those hunters own female birds they hold in cages in the completely dark over the wohle year. In spring they put those cages out to the hunting space. Those poor bird sing like it is the last spering ever. So those birds are made to kind of siren like in Greek mythology. The bird boys come and got shot, grilled and eaten in one piece. sorry for the details ;-).

Serle/Italy Upper-Bird-Shoot

Artificial Head Recording made in the italian Wood in Serle which is at a leven at about 900 meter. Nice bunch of crasy wood inhabits. You got some barking dogs later on from a farm a way down the mountain.
