Robert Babicz’s Red EP is already the stuff of legend in the ever developing Selador story as it will forever be known as the label’s inaugural vinyl release.

Released on the February 29th and quickly amassing an overwhelming amount of love from what reads like a who’s who of the current electronic music scene, such luminaries as Noir, Dubfire, La Fleur, Guy J, Re.You, Richy Ahmed, Hernan Cattaneo, Davide Squillace, Sasha Carassi, Mihalis Safras, D-Nox, Wehbba, Nick Warren, Thomas Schumacher, Pirupa, DJ Anna, Edu Imbernon, Danny Daze all pledged their full support. Immediately, it was patently obvious that we had something special on hands.

However, our first foray into the physical world is only part of the story here, the narrative is set to continue as we cross this release over into the digital domain with two brand new interpretations from Steyoyoke hotshot, the amazing Dahu and one someone who’s been on our remix wishlist for a long time, the very talented Jozif.

We then also include two of the acclaimed original vinyl versions from 8 Bit boss, Gorge and Robert himself (the Villanova Remix and Original Mix of ‘Green’ will remain vinyl only) and the impressive line up is complete.

Light to the touch paper and stand clear, this one’s ready to explode.

With "Roll It Up" I took influence from UK Bassline House, G-House, and Funky Swervin Booty Ghetto Tech (I just made this genre up rn tbh) to create a fun, banging club track. With the second part of the track, "Damn", I wanted to create a secret track of sorts ;) - this one is for all my house heads. "Roll It Up" has been a staple in my sets all Summer and I'm stoked to finally share it with my Fresch Fam!

From Hello to Revelation, Dr. Fresch and BIJOU’s combined creative talents have never disappointed. Kicking off 2019 for the first release on BIJOU’s newly announced record label Do Not Duplicate Recordings, is their newest collaborative effort the Gangsta Party EP. The EP is a two-track offering that pairs both Dr. Fresch’s ability to deliver unique heart-pounding basslines with BIJOU’s skilled selection of addicting & memorable hip-hop vocals. Kung fu and Too Cocky each push their own agenda and provide multiple layers of quality G-House production that you’ve come to expect from the boys. As the first release on BIJOU’s label the Gangsta Party EP showcases the hard work they’ve put into the American G-House scene and the strong bond they have for one another.
