Sorry for all the french ! Here at France in the sixties-seventies, there were a TV cartoon called « Les Shadoks » made by a famous humorist-illustrator of the time.
It starred the eponymous Shadoks, round, bird, industrious creatures with four neurons who does a lot of pumping and hard work in it's life, and their smart, hedonistic and slightly bigoted neighbors-in-space called the Gibis, who were going to earth because their planets didn't work right (the Shadok one was amorphous and always-changing and the Gibi one flat and swiveling, which made some inhabitants of both fall).
It was, at the time and still now, a screaming political allegory.

And I had the idea of making a crossover with Sakura Trick.
It went, er, well ?

However, to understand the joke one has to be francophonic and have seen a subbed or dubbed Sakura Trick or know Japanese. That's, alas, a tiny amount of people.

Bonetrousle was nearly ideal however.
It would be funny to see Yasuna tell Sonya to ACT instead of FIGHT.

HOW TO TROUSLE

When I've seen Ujico make "Pure", I knew I absolutely had to do a OFF mashup of it.
After all, purity is a major theme and the Batter's mission in OFF.
So Dedan!Tsugumi had to beat off that perverted Batter Raku and take the delicious Chitoge for herself. ^__^

I was on a creativity roll today so I did it ! It's Ujicoff ♥ !
The most difficult was, honestly, to align the songs so they do not descend into cacophony when the chorus comes.
The solution was nonstandard: I had to apply a HALF-beat delay. Then it was utterly... pure.

If I was the hero, I wouldn't choose between Onodera and Chitoge, I would take both or refuse both. It's always the same in Love Triangles: both always do huge efforts to surpass each other, so they both merit the subject of the affection *and* each other ♥.

Quand j'ai vu Ujico sortir "Pure", je savais qu'il fallait absolument que j'en fasse un mashup avec OFF.

REMASTERED since last upload: not enough beats for my taste, so it felt too much like the original.

The Andien Nightcore remix gave me the idea of an experiment based on samples and beats, to try a first full-on remix. Although the mixing of bass-filled deep house beats on a treble-based nightcore song was quite the silly idea !
It was really satisfying to make jersey squeaks, fire gunshots and bringing things back ! Probably the source of MMORPG addictivity.
It definitely went my way.

Yesterday soundcloud lost the music I liked the most, and the account where it was posted, Plasmagica, which I believe was one of Aiobahn's sub accounts.
But I still have it on my hard drive... delicious ふhána - 星屑noIンターリュード !
So I'm going to mix it so people can still hear echoes of it... mashed with one of Harito's songs.
It's ふhánarito ! So adorable !

The main difficulty was to arrange the pitches between the songs. After trying thrice with a pitch detector plugin (which told me hána was F sharp and Intermission C sharp), I settled on trying every half-tone by ear.
It's still not ideal, but I cannot arrange it better. And it felt awesome in some measures, especially at the end !

C'est toujours pas idéal, mais je ne peux pas les arranger davantage. Et c'était magnifique dans certaine mesures, surtout a la fin !

Voilà, un meilleur mashup pour me faire pardonner. Pororoca Tango était TERRIBLE, même pour mes standards. C'est quand même un peu d'un failmix, je suis encore engourdi après seulement deux semaines et demie sans masher.
Quand j'ai écouté Rue de la Paix de Zazie, j'ai trouvé que ses tu tudududus iraient bien avec les tu tu tu tus d'ADULT MODE.
Mais a la fin, j'ai préféré la fin naturelle, car les paroles désynchronisées formaient une fin badass !
Les Aikatsu pourraient apprendre quelque chose de Zazie, surtout si elles veulent perfectionner leur otona-mo~ode...

I found that Hawawa put a track for others to remix.
So I had that weird idea about mixing it with the Marathon LP I was watching, replacing the Pfhor Juggernaut with a giant KOTONOHOUSE-chan head.
I'm super rusty by not doing much sound work lately. But it's still nice to hear.

I spent more time arguing with LMMS which had cut every single cut, messed up the volumes on the beatlines, shown his hate for Fuel in several ways and basically done everything to mess up my work on this track.

I also did it so that, next time, I could post a sub account remix which was waiting for three months in my disk ^_^ !

J'ai trouvé qu'Hawawa a mis une piste a remixer pour d'autres.
Donc j'ai eu cette idée bizarre de la mixer avec le LP de Marathon que je regardais, remplaçant le Juggernaut Pfhor par une tête géante de KOTONOHOUSE-chan.
J'ai pas fait trop de son récemment donc c'est pas terrible, même si c'est assez agréable.

J'ai passé plus de temps a me disputer avec LMMS qui coupait tous les cuts, changeait les volumes des beatlines, montrait sa haine envers Fuel de plusieurs manières et juste fait tout ce qu'il pouvait pour gâcher mon travail sur cette piste.

Je l'ai aussi fait pour, la prochaine fois, poster un remix de the sub account qui attendait dans mon disque depuis trois mois ^_^ !
J'le sortirai peut-être la semaine prochaine.

Named for whatever the dream would be, Dream Goes On is an sweet song with adorably squeaky vocals. Sabuaka was working on a super-cool flip system alongside Hylen, hopefully not named after a poisonous gas. It is a full order of magnitude more awesome than anything Sabuaka did alone.

Target the Dream Goes On vocal melody, then find the bassline to the Hylen underground test site. With the vocals removed, you should be able to survive long enough to remix it.

The midi instruments seem to be controlling all Terminal Velocity songs. Not to worry you, but it seems as if the laptop computers are turning on us.

Ymir Goes On

I recently found Arch.moe and one of her tracks, "Never too late", which title reminded me of "It's too late!" (◑‿◐).
So I decided to mash'em. But mashing two antinomic concepts is hard, the two tracks being not homogenous at all.
At the end, it made a nightcore-ish track, because I increased Never too late's pitch by 3.

The two tracks were a little old but it wasn't too late to mash them up... (◡‿◡✿)

I'm making a horror scenario card collection thing for a tabletop RPG, between a lot of other projects, and my health problems seem to continue, so this soundcloud will keep being almost abandoned.

J'ai récemment trouvé Arch.moe et j'ai remarqué qu'une de ses musiques s'appellait "Never too late" et çà m'a rappellé "It's too late!" (◑‿◐).
Donc j'ai bien sûr décidé de les masher. Mais masher deux concepts antinomiques est difficile, les deux musiques ne s'accordant pas du tout.
A la fin çà fait un truc un peu nightcore sur les bords car j'ai augmenté le pitch de Never too late de 3.

Les deux musiques sont un peu datées mais ce n'était pas trop tard pour les masher... (◡‿◡✿)

Je suis en train de faire une collection de cartes pour former des scénarios d'épouvante pour un jeu de rôle, entre autres, je vais faire plein de projets qui vont me prendre mon temps, et mes problèmes de santé semblent s'éterniser, donc ce soundcloud continuera a être presqu'abandonné.

It's never too late!

Today was one of my Sound Creation Ateliers at Micro-Sillons and I somehow had something in mind.
Last night I found on my nightstand book (L'Os à Moelle from Pierre Dac) a music sheet for a "Hymn to Loufoques" (Loufoques meaning more or less funny guys, clowns, etc.). So I decided to transcribe it and adorn it a little.

Aujourd'hui, c'était un de mes Ateliers Création Sonore a Micro-Sillons et j'étais pour une fois venu avec une idée en tête.
La nuit dernière, en lisant un bouquin (L'Os à Moelle de Pierre Dac) j'ai trouvé une partition pour "L'Hymne Loufoque". Donc j'ai décidé de la transcrire et la décorer un peu.

L'Hymne Loufoque

Something not even inspired by Dune at first - I just begun by the todom todom toduum of the bassslap02.ogg (my idea was to have an unplugged guitar but I didn't find better than the bass in LMMS's samples), accompanied by the tom decrescendo as I thought that small six-note melody was silly and leading me nowhere.

Then I found that rave choirs were a must for a desert ambiance (I had to paulstretch the sample by a factor of 10), with some dongs (the 02). Then the dongs became the main melody - and I decided to double the rythm to make the end more ravy.
Of course, the two last measures of the last melody bit are the first measures of Watashi Wa Shuyaku Akari Desu because the desert made me remember my GFactory game "Sands of Chitose".

And between the two, I'm imagining a gag where Mortadelo and Filemon, driving on a sand buggy (I only could find a sail-moto but whatever), hitting the sub account who makes an adorable noise. The two agents then stop, but only see sand where their sight goes.
"Stop Mortadelo ! - What was that noise ? - I don't see a thing. Only sand everywhere. - Those were rocks, Filemon."

Un truc même pas inspiré par Dune au début - j'ai juste commencé par le todoum todoum toduum du bassslap02.ogg (mon idée était d'avoir une guitare normale unplugged mais j'ai pas trouvé mieux que la basse), accompagné rapidement du descrescendo de toms parce que je trouvais que c'était silly et que ç'allait jamais arriver a rien.

Puis j'ai trouvé que c'était mieux avec des rave choirs pour une ambiance désertique (j'ai dù les paulstretcher avec un facteur de 10), avec quelques dongs (le 02). Puis les dongs sont devenus la mélodie principale - puis j'ai décidé de doubler le rythme pour en faire un truc plus ravant a la fin.
Bien sûr, les deux dernières mesures du dernier bout de mélodie sont les premières mesures de Watashi Wa Shuyaku Akari Desu parce que le désert me rappelait mon jeu GFactory "Sands of Chitose".

Et entre les deux, j'imagine un gag ou Mortadelo et Filemon, drivant a bord d'un buggy des sables, bute sur the sub account qui fait un de ces adorables bruits. Les deux agents s'arrêtent, du sable a perte de vue.
"Arrête-toi Mortadelo ! - Qu'est-ce que c'était que ce bruit ? - Je ne vois rien. Du sable partout. - C'était des rochers, Filemon."

This is my soundcloud profile, which was used by Micro-Sillons to put two or three Emi-Sillons on line in a few emergency cases.
But now, I've taken it back, to upload some mashups.
I used to be a expert masher (XP: 7300/8100), a professional(but not really) ad-batter (XP: 8930/9500), a competent (re-)composer (XP: 2325/2600) and a novice swimmer in oceans of happiness (600/1100).
I do not upload tracks anymore and barely log in ever.

I'm also a discordian philosopher who has made a book (NOW in both Molière and Shakespeare's languages !!!, and a depressive who kinda babysits as a secretary an organization made to help unstigmatize the mentally handicapped (site in french).
Good listening and/or reading ! Descriptions are often nice to read and are translated.

Mais je l'ai repris, pour mettre certains de mes mashups.
