Following the theme of the forgiveness process, this song is about confronting the negativity that holds you captive and drawing a line.

You guys did an amazing job and I truly appreciate all of the effort you put in!

In this song we really tried to capture that early 2000's Underoath style of energy and sound and it's really become one of my favorite tracks to date.

This has been a really really fun one to write and work on and I hope that you guys enjoy listening to it as much as we enjoyed making it!

The restrictions for this round were pretty tight. The sound had to be the specified bpm, I had to do a C, G, a, F Progression, and it had to repeat after 4 bars.

Demon Slayer - Chapter 201 (Music inspired by Kimetsu no Yaiba) [Fan-Made Soundtrack]

Cyrus - First off i'd like to say that hearing something that you really connect with makes the writing just pour out. I felt a very natural unforced balance between what I could convey vocally and lyrically to these incredibly written tracks.

The title is about how deep our passions are, our fears, our anger, our joy. And in times like these really a reflection of whats going on inside the human spirit and behind the glass if you will. When we feel bottled up music is such a great way to get out the stuff in the basement. These tracks are stepping inside the human spirit, making our deepest fears ok.

I was really glad to have found a musician and writer to work with and I hope we will share more to come.


Adam - It's not often that things just fall into place and work so when it does, you gotta take advantage of it! Degree was an absolute blast to make and work on especially with everything going on in the world today. Covid-19 has really brought collaborators together and shown us how to make music apart from one another and more so the therapeutic properties.

To me this EP is really a manifestation of all of the emotions and things I’ve struggled with in the last few months which is why some of these songs are really heavy and dark. To me, Recovery is the pinnacle and turning point of all of these emotions. Being able to admit that you have a need and that your soul is searching for something deeper and for peace.

I’m really grateful for everyone who has helped me in this process and all of the good friends and mentors that have encouraged me to make the best music possible! If you like what we’re doing here please don’t hesitate to drop us a line, it means so much to any artist to hear their work is appreciated! I hope you enjoy the release!
