200 years ago on Christmas Eve in Germany, this song was written by a priest after his church's signature pipe organ broke (great timing). The priest's song leader accompanied the priest on guitar and performed this song. Since then, it became a very popular Christmas song worldwide about the peace that was seen on that night when Christ Jesus was born. I chose to record the song as a guitar quartet due to the original accompaniment. I hope you enjoy this instrumental cover and celebrate. Merry Christmas!

Silent Night

After the successes of America the Beautiful and You've Got A Friend In Me, I went in the studio and wanted to record some Christmas stuff. I worked with my producer, Katelyn Noel, again and contacted an aspiring entrepreneur and graphic designer, Josh Delong, to work on the artwork for this. This beloved Christmas carol was the song that Katelyn and I thought worked best and enjoyed working on the more ideas we came up with. We combined the acoustic feel that I've used with some electronic components and some other new ideas that we worked musically and enhanced the message of this piece. I hope that this song reminds you of the reason for the upcoming Christmas season and that you enjoy it. God Bless!

This is a song that I wrote based on Jonah 2 and was able to use pieces of what Jesus did as a reference point throughout the song. This is the chorus of this song, which fits with celebrating Easter weekend. Happy Resurrection Day and He is Risen!
