this song was very interesting to make cos it taught me how to be way more intentional about each element in the track. like I feel very in control of this production and all its different parts at every point in the song. as a producer there’s no better feeling 💆‍♂️ it’s like when you’re riding a horse and all it takes is the smallest touch to make them stop on a dime, run full speed, jump over a river or fight enemy horses. idk i’ve never ridden a horse but I imagine that’s what it’s like.

Global Underground 008 - Nick Warren - Brazil - Disc 1

Adam Jones is a DJ from Wrexham, North Wales who has found his sound from the world of house, minimal and beyond. He has been in the DJ game for over 5 years and it all started after his first festival experience at Creamfields in 2018 and his neighbour introducing him to his DJ set up. Which included 2 XDJ1000Mk2 players, Xone 92 Mixer and 2 Technics mk2 Turntables. Having a big passion for music all his life, he knew at that moment he wanted to be on the other side of the dance floor playing to crowds. 

His sound is heavily influence around piano house, minimal, 90s, underground and progressive house. 

With the multiple genres Adam has under his belt, this gives the 24-year-old the opportunity play unpredictably wherever he goes as it gives him a wide variety of what he can play and is never shy of pushing himself passed his limits. Whether he’s playing at parties, events or live streaming across social media platforms, he likes to get the crowd going to whatever he plays. Ranging from classic piano to techno. 

Since the lockdown rules were relaxed in July 2021, Adam has earned himself a huge number of bar and event slots around his local area which he continues getting to date, hoping one day he will eventually start performing in clubs and even for some of his favourite DJs.
