Adam Gottbetter born 1975, Brooklyn, New York and later moved to live with his family in Canada. Adam is well-known for his drawings, production of films and mixed media artworks. By applying a high level of abstraction in his works, Adam was able to create intense personal moments which masterfully created new rules and omissions, acceptance and refusal, luring the viewer round and round in circles.
Adam Gottbetter’s work doesn’t reference recognisable form. The results of his work are deconstructed to the extent that meaning is shifted and possible interpretation becomes multifaceted. Adam Gottbetter currently lives and works in Teaneck.
