MoHorizons, Sparrow & Barbossa - Quando Te Veo feat. Francis Coletta 

Sparrow & Barbossa have their highly anticipated album ready to sail the world's oceans, 'Seven Seas' is finally here. One year locked down in the studio has opened their minds to travel to different cultures allowing them to create a unique and colourful debut album.
 
'Quando Te Veo' is the album's first single, a complete reinterpretation of the emblematic song from the all-timers Acid & Nu Jazz gurus, the German Duo, MoHorizons. 
The second single is 'E Fura,' a collaboration with one of the most popular Nigerian Afrobeat ambassadors, Dele Sosimi.
'Nyakua' is the contribution of Sparrow & Barbossa's mentor. The Iberican Sound mastermind, Stereo Productions founder, and Redolent head honcho, DJ Chus. 
A vocal song by Kenyan favorite singer Idd Aziz.
'Azucar' brings the Latin Flavour to this album with a tribute to Latin Grammy winners and most popular Cuban-Band, Los VanVan. 
Afrikan Rising Star, Berlin-based, Floyd Lavine, is the partner on this studio collaboration titled 'When I'm With You' performed by legendary New York Soulful singer Josh Milan.
The Pirates trimmed sails to Morocco to meet Cee ElAssaad to produce 'Libre,' a freedom ode with the finest female and Spanish vocal.
TOSZ, the multidisciplinary artist, Polish singer, and songwriter, Frankfurt-based,  is the man behind 'Saudades Do Mar.' A Brasilian carnival festivity in the form of a love song. 
'Morena' is the gypsy rumba-fiesta track in this voyage featuring the Spanish singer Vinila Von Bismark. 
The duo passed on a Caribean heading and joined forces with El Chino Dreadlion and VitiYono on 'We Are Not Alone,' a charming Cuban chants track.
'Dream' & 'Back Home' are their private crossovers in the album. 
'Transat L'Antique' is the album's closing track, where Bryan Coletta (Sparrow) involves his father, the world-famous guitar player Francis Coletta. The icing on the cake of 'Seven Seas.'
 
Seven Seas' is a milestone that will set a new course in Sparrow & Barbossa's career. They aim to transmit ancient cultures' roots and democratize World Music through Electronica. 'Seven Seas' is the perfect example, music coming from all cardinal points. The treasures and richness of 'Seven Seas' can't be categorized into one specific genre. 
It has a House Music core and is all about Organic, Latin, and Afro Electronic Dance Music. Now is the time to travel the world spreading the musical message of this 'Infamous-Afro-Pirates-Latin-House Duo.'

홍대 상수도와 MI 에서 시작한 한국의 언더그라운드 클럽씬이 홍대 전역, 이태원, 강남은 물론 전국 대도시로 확산되면서 폭발적인 발전을 거듭한지도 거의 20년이 됐다. 이제는 세계적인 DJ들이 꼭 거쳐갈만큼 서울도 클러버들이 즐길수 있는 문화도시의 대열에 꼈다. 세계 여느 도시의 클럽발전사를 보면 점점 더 상업적으로 변모해가는 대형클럽형 유행 속에서 음악의 본질을 잃지 않는 양질의 놀거리는 도시의 아이콘으로 부상한다. 지난 20년 가까이 국내 클럽문화를 이끌어온 DJ 연준과 그의 크루들은 서울을 대표하는 클럽을 만들고자 Club MYSTIK에 모였다. 2011년 10월28일 오픈 예정인 MYSTIK에서는 국내에서 접할 수 없었던 음향과 비주얼 시스템은 몰론, 엄선된 Deep House, Tech House를 기반으로 한 정통 사운드를 접할 수 있다. 또 크루들의 세계적인 DJ들과의 협업을 통한 다양한 DJ 파티도 준비중이다.

Paris-based duo Alex H. and Adrian C ended last year on a high with ‘Journey’, a super stylish new album on Kindisch in December. It was full of deep, spiritual, emotional sounds and is now followed up with a trio of top singles. Between this pair they have studied filmmaking in NYC and violin and piano at the Conservatory of Paris and travel the world picking up disparate influences and inspiration from nature. All of that infuses this first richly detailed new cut.

'Mi Pena' is a gloriously lush house tune lit up with sensuous synth strings. They bring a sense of class as the drums roll deep and vocals slowly emerge to bring the soul. It's a track that will ignite cosy crowds and intimate dance floors with its mix of elastic groove and heart warming atmosphere.

This single is the start of another standout year for Birds of Mind.

As bassist for dance-punk outfit The Rapture, Mattie Safer cut his teeth in the music scene alongside a wave of now-legendary early 2000s NYC acts like the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, LCD Soundsystem and more (a time period recently immortalized in the documentary film ‘Meet Me In The Bathroom.’) Fast-forward nearly 2 decades and Mattie has found the sweeter side of dance music as the current lead vocalist for slo-mo kings Poolside, and now he presents his solo lovetempo project on Razor-N-Tape.

RNT regular Yuksek does what he does best, and takes the most uplifting tune of the pack into positively joyous hands-in-the-air territory with a stunning remix. Keinemusik’s Reznik links with his longtime collaborator Good Guy Mikesh as they take The One straight to the club with a synthetic shifter of a remix offering distinct dancefloor moments. Nick Catchdubs turns on the E-funk with his take on Turnaround.

Simon Sim's - Let's Go To The Beach

With his upcoming Keinemusik release, &ME is kick-starting the time machine, beaming you right into the year "1995". You know, the year in which Microsoft released Windows 95, Miguel Induráin is winning the Tour de France for the fifth time in a row and Robbie Williams quits his job at the Take That enterprise. In addition to those crucial events, that time also sees the rise of Two Step and Garage in the UK underground. Now play the eponymous tune on the A-side and you'll feel beamed right back into these days. "1995" comes along in absence of a straight kick, filling that gap with dense subbass layers and phantasmal Ambient soundscapes. Then again, there is that tambourine loop, getting the groove on, a staccato synth getting into your head immediately and those high pitched vocals providing the needed amount of oddness. A tune most folks might not have expected from &ME, yet one of his strongest anyhow.

"Starting Again feat. Atelier" finds the man going back to more common ground, re-introducing the straight kickdrum, wading through a haze of Ambient- and pad-layers, installing a catchy synth on top and then letting those utmost affecting vocals shine. Vocals that, as well as the guitar arrangements, come courtesy of Jas, the singer of Atelier - a band from South Africa.
