A favourite from his Boiler Room set earlier in the summer, Midland's hypnotic reshape of "Resin" takes things deep down into a ghostly techno tunnel. T. Williams brings a fresh carnival groove to the soulful piano house of "Lost In You" (feat. Janai), whilst Synkro continues his recent purple patch with a dubby two-step rework of the Leftfield-esque "I'm Running" (feat. Soloman) - a favourite of the legendary Francois K. 

Completing the package, GoldFFinch transform "Stick By This" into a ravey warehouse techno jam, and Ben Gomori gives "Thoughts & Motions" a bumpy garage relick.

Producing electronic music since 1997, Switzerland's Daniel Kneubühler aka Da Funk makes his first return to the label since "Anjunadeep 03"'s "Weekend Rubdown" with this double hit of deep melodic house goodness. 

A dreamy laid-back cruise through washing pads, warm melodies and blissful bleeps, "Smug" is a cult ID from James Grant's Anjunadeep edition back in February. An instant gem, its release puts an end to months of forum speculation with they track also finding support on Above & Beyond's Group Therapy.

A slightly more energised affair, "Don't Let Go" is equally memorable with rich interlocking melodies, a hooky vocal and a beautiful, subtle piano motif that appears throughout.

To celebrate Da Funk's return to Anjunadeep he took some time out of the studio to put together this mix for us, featuring "Don't Let Go" along with tracks from the likes of Justin Martin and Kyodai, and Anjuna artists Beckwith and Andrew Bayer. Check it out below...

Having previously unearthed and showcased plenty of new school talent like Chamboche, Bonar Bradbury and A/Jus/Ted, Under The Shade turn to two hot house properties in the form of Ben Pearce and Real Connoisseur for their next release – a split EP of one original and one remix from each artist.
You probably already know the name Ben Pearce from ‘What I Might Do’, his oddly anthemic deep-house debut that dominated club floors across the world in 2012. Here he is in similar form with ‘Just Enough’ – a dark and studiously moody house cut that brews and stews for the duration with almost hymnal pads, smooth and buried deep kick drums and just the slightest traces of classicism in the repeated male vocal
clip. Light-fingered drum fills and carefully, scale riding melodies add depth and space and this one is likely to be as big as his debut.
Remixing the track is Real Connoisseur, a 20 year old from Oxford with releases on labels like Purp & Soul already under his belt. His version stands more upright with sharp and slinky percussion bringing a deep garage vibe the track. What will most standout for clubbers, though, is the mangled and spangled bassline that ripples through the track come the mid point Floor slaying stuff for sure.
And so to his original track, ‘Nobody’s Fool’, it’s an elastic and bombastic deep house cum bass music hybrid with precise bass notes patting out the rhythm and kinetic drum hits churning in its midst. A euphoric, hands in the air vocal sample bursts through a various points as the bassline bobbles along below and the production is both rich and warm, infused with a neon glow and crafted for maximum damage, you suspect.
Pearce returns the remix favour and tweaks it into a more peak time, punchy house jam with well placed vocal snippets accentuating the kick of the drums. It’s easy to see why Pearce won so many fans early on, and this EP suggests Real Connoisseur isn’t far behind him.

Hugely talented rapper/singer Baby Blue is back with a brand new banger -
“Bump”. Following on from the massive success of “Magnetic Eyes” - her
recent chart smash with Matrix & Futurebound - “Bump” is Blue’s
breakthrough solo single.
The track is a fusion of emotive rap lyrics with a hugely catchy hook that
showcases Baby Blue’s impressive singing voice. Swedish super producers
Quiz & Larossi, who already have six UK number 1s under their belt, bring
their immense skills to bear on the single.
“Bump” was co-written with top songwriter Ina Wroldsen who has scored hit
after hit with some of the best-known names in pop such as Leona Lewis,
One Direction, Pixie Lott, Britney Spears, The Saturdays and Tinchy Stryder.
She also wrote James Arthur’s chart topper “Impossible”.
“Bump” debuted on Charlie Sloth’s show on 1Xtra to a big audience reaction
and much excitement from Charlie himself who said wants to make it his
Record of The Week – watch this space! Spot plays have also come from
1Xtra’s DJ Target and Choice FM’s Firin Squad.
The remix bundle features some of the hottest talent around including
Dubstep star Koven as well as Diztortion who’s been getting a lot of attention
for his work on Stylo G’s “Soundbwoy” and Lethal Bizzle’s “They Got It
Wrong” featuring Wiley.
Blue’s recent street release “Soap Box” received solid support from 1Xtra
(Charlie Sloth’s ROTW plus spot plays from Target, Viz and Nick Bright),
Choice FM (Woody, Manny Norte, Firin Squad, Ras Kwame) and Rinse FM.
Radio 1’s Huw Stephens was also a fan.
In the official video for “Bump” Blue looks every inch the superstar, poised to
take her rightful place as the UK’s first lady of rap.
