illektrolab's journey into music began at an early age, as he delved into the possibilities of synthesizers, vocoders, drum machines, and samplers. His relentless pursuit of sonic innovation led him to experiment with various underground genres, blending elements of Electro, techno, and IDM to create a distinct signature sound.

Drawing inspiration from the pioneers of electronic music, illektrolab honed his skills, meticulously crafting intricate melodies and meticulously programmed rhythms with laser precision focus towards the Dance floor and rocking partys. Which artist has influenced you the most?

- Early Hip hop and Electro Artists (not really one artist but many) Perhaps Newcleus - Track "Jam on it" and Twilight 22 - Electric Kingdom. HEaring those as a child helped shaped my sounds.

What new projects/releases with your participation are expected in the near future?

- illektrolab - illektrogenetics EP - Coming on my Own Label "Advanced Robotiks" and also My track "Overdrive" Being re pressed on Fabric Records with Helena Hauff Presents out Sept 2023.

- The Dance Floor, People being free to dance, Energy, Electronics, Robots, Break dancing, Graffiti, Nature, Urban Cities, Machines, Technology

Strange But Dance Music #132: illektrolab

This mix brings together recent work by producers from many corners of the world, but its title isn't about nailing down a specific contemporary sound. It's personal. With the arrival of our second daughter, my emotions are running high, and I’m once again in awe of the miracle of nature. I was looking for a natural accent in this selection, maybe with a bit of a psychedelic touch. Because that is my sound of today.

When I made this selection, I realised that the tracks come from very different parts of the globe and I decided to include the producers' locations in the tracklisting. I believe that where music is made adds a unique flavor to its universal language.

Power, a true stayer to the underground has a made his mark in the electronic music scene and continues to make significant strides across multiple facets of the industry. From the early 2000’s as a DJ to his current ventures in music production, and radio hosting. As a DJ, Power has performing at an array of prestigious venues and festivals across his native Ireland and in Europe. His dynamic sets, which blend styles and genres, while always being true to Detroit Techno & Electro earned him residencies at multiple club nights, often playing along side genre elites like Jeff Mills, Juan Atkins, Derek May to Dave Clarke, affirming his deep connection to the underground music community. While he also curating & promoting his club night Electric Circus for over a decade, hosting names Robert Hood, Steve Rachmad to Luke Slater. A notable aspect of Power’s career is his role as the host of the ' The Electric Circus Show ' a pirate radio show on opentempo fm. Through this platform, Power is dedicated to introducing listeners to a wide range of global talent that airs monthly. As a producer, Power's work has also made waves, with releases on labels such as Hilltown Disco, Mini Man Records,TakeOverRecords and Psykosocial. In addition to these Power oversees a record label, Midi Mode Records adding another dimension to his multifaceted career. Through his label, sonic sounds of Electro & Techno can be found as he continues to push the next wave of electronic music. CHP Mix Sessions [031] - Power

TIGERCAST stands as an engaging monthly podcast series, streaming on Fade Radio.
Its primary mission is to provide a platform for a wide-ranging spectrum of artists, each contributing to the elaborate and diverse landscape that defines the immersive realm of Electro.

ElectroDon is a resident DJ and co-owner of Mechatronica - a Berlin based record label, promoter and collective, which he founded in 2012 together with Daniel Boubet aka Daribone. Mechatronica releases music from an umbrella of artists across electro, techno, acid and more—and holds club night residencies at the grain-mill-turned-night-club, Griessmühle, in the industrial outskirts of Berlin, as well as at the nasty Basement of Sameheads in Neukölln. ElectroDon started his career as Dj in Italy playing Dubstep, Jungle and Reggae Vinyls. Meanwhile he used to visit different electronic music nights in Rom at the early 2000s, doing some experience with the music of Marco Passarani, Leo Annibaldi and Lory D. After he moved to Berlin, he founded Mechatronica as a party night and started to play as professional dj. ElectroDon’s smooth and at the same time dynamic approach to DJing blends with a decade-long passion for collecting different range of music. His sets are an energetic mix of electro, acid, EBM, techno, jack, chicago and detroit sounds, italo and disco. During the past year he played in clubs like Tresor, RSO, About Blank, Suicide Circus, Griessmühle, Raum 20 and Sameheads and more, 2025 will see ElectroDon play shows Greece, Netherland, Italy and other countries.
