Agustín Lupidi is an Argentinian DJ and producer from Villa María, Córdoba.
He has released his productions on labels such as Onedotsixtwo, Balkan Connection and Genesis Music just to name a few.

His main influences are Guy J, Henry Saiz, Khen and Hernán Cattaneo. Also got inspiration from Daft Punk, Depeche Mode, Gustavo Cerati, Alberto Spinetta, Tame Impala, Coldplay and various Argentine artists from the underground scene.

His music has received the support of his references Nick Warren and Hernan Cattaneo.
Agustin shared booth with artists like Stas Drive, Li-Polymer, Interaxxis, Alejo Gonzalez, Guhus, Berni Turletti, Fernando Ferreyra, Santiago Teillagorry, Luis Bondio, Ezequiel Arias, Artfaq, among others.

Rafa'EL and Carsten Halm join forces for their first collaboration ever with 'Atlantis Flower'. The track embodies perfectly the vision of the two men, with a sound that transitions from progressive into the realm of melodic techno in the stripped-down dark drop. The record, produced by the seasoned producers who've released on the likes of Traum, Parquet and Mango as well as Strange Town, showcases airs of grandeur with its ethereal voices and uplifting melodies.

Delivering the first remix are Canadian duo Executive Producer which have been featured on the imprint previously with their blissful track 'Trust X Love'. The pair offer a more laid-back take on the production, with a powerful bass growling under the main arp's evolution. The first half of the song leads into a complete die down before its slow resurrection into the second part.

Finally, Strange Town's own Wolf Ear & Fassbender offer an eerie take on the composition. With its crispy industrial textures and high-speed melodies in the build, the remix is sure to make heads turn.

The 4th release of La Cura de la Semana is coming and it is an honor to present you with a TYPICAL sound of the record label concept. Spirituality in music is our discourse, dance ELECTRONICS with reflective touches, planning music. Hobin Rude is one of the young figures from Serbia, he has released his music on labels such as Freegrant, Droid9, Modern Agenda, BC2, to name a few. With a great job, personality and sound identity. 'Dinea' is the Original and features amazing reinterpretations of his countryman Bojan B, and Teleport X. 

The EP begins with the remix of Bojan B, dj and producer from Serbia with publications on labels such as Transpecta, Capital Heaven among others. This remix is an incredible track with organic and melodic overtones. It has great mysticity, it allows the listener to immerse themselves in the journey that  the artists have prepared. It begins with a very good Groove, already at the first stop we are receiving signs that it will be something magical using elements of the Original track but with its characteristic touch. In the middle before falling on the musical bridge we hear an arpeggio that will be vital in the trip that together with the magical voices make this part very emotional, and once we reach the climax the track unravels in a magical way. The artist reaffirms spirituality in music. 

Hobin Rude is one of the young promises of the Progressive House and has a lot of desire and strength, that is shown in this emotional track of an incredible concept, with a Progressive bass that does not take long to show and that will be main, showing personality in the seal of the artist. Some magical voices come to us at the first stop and there we realize that the  character of the track is reflective, as proposed by La Cura de la Semana. The journey full of arpeggios, melodies, which together with the voices take the listener into a perfect, very emotional harmony, with which the end is reached and eager to repeat the song over and over again.

Teleport X complements the Single with its trance-style remix, we are in the presence of a track that breaks dance floors from the first bars. The artist makes an excellent reinterpretation of the original, respecting its codes and using aspects, but adopts them to its form and concept. We will find different sound passages in this masterpiece, with an impeccable sound and mix we discover from the beginning that the concept of remixing goes and where the artist wants to take us. Capturing the artistic concept that music heals. From the development we immerse ourselves in an endless journey with unique elements, spatial effects, melodic arpeggio and voices, in addition to an excellent percussive treatise. A combination of soulful and reflective sounds. Story behind 'Dinea' - Being here and now is important, There is no past or future. All there is is now. We can gain experience from the past, but we cannot relive it; and we can hope for the future, but we don't know if there is. Undoubtedly an excellent proposal from the artists to celebrate the fourth release of La Cura de la Semana.

Hailing from Saint Petersberg (Russia), the extremely talented Jiminy Hop made his initial appearance on our imprint in early 2021 with his single - "Tension" and soon afterwards followed it up with a milestone 3-tracker EP featuring "Summered", "Contemplation" and "Desire", an ode to the the melody-rich side of progressive house with it's bright tones and ethereal emotions. After garnering wide-spread support, we're thrilled to present our 54th release that features new remixes of the EP by label returnees - Eric Lune, Dimuth K and Anton MAKe.

Returning to the imprint after his debut EP and contribution to our 'Tales of Time' series in 2019 is Melbourne (Australia) based artist - Eric Lune. Ever since, he's been consistently putting out incredible music, most notably on Madloch's 'Sound Avenue' + '3rd Avenue', Guy Mantzur's 'Plattenbank' and the US Goliath 'Proton Music'. Revisiting Jiminy Hop's title track - "Summered", Eric Lune channeled his inner sun-kissed memories and elevated the track into a whole new dimension by bringing in as many euphoric feelings, highlighted by a 90's inspired lead and guitar riff.

A familiar name to the industry, the Sri Lankan born - Dimuth K made huge waves during the past couple of years with his awe-inspiring musicality, highlighted by releases on Nick Warren's 'Hope Recordings', Hernan Cattaneo's 'Sudbeat', Guy Mantzur's 'Plattenbank' and Eran Aviner's 'EDGE'. His initiation to our imprint came in late 2018 with a stellar remix of Ziger's "Razor" and soon followed up with 'Manu' a lovely downtempo track with 'Joel Fernandes' on our 'Tales of Time' series. Now based in Toronto (Canada), Dimuth makes his return to Juicebox Music with a dreamy remix of Jiminy Hop's "Contemplation", aided by a moody bassline, rolling mid-line riff and a hypnotic deep drive that guides oneself into a state of reverie.

Closing the pack is Kazan (Russia) based Anton MAKe, who's regularly found home in Cid Inc and Orsen's 'Replug Records', Mango's 'Mango Alley' and US imprint 'Proton Music', to name a few, with his consistently high quality output. Anton made his introduction to our label with a remix of Michael A's "Endless Time" in late 2018. He returned in 2019 with another remix for Berni Turletti and Matias Chilano's "Alumine" and more recently released his 2-track musical ballad EP - "Alya" and "Midsommar" in late 2020. Fast forward to now, Anton MAKe steps up to remix Jiminy Hop's "Desire", holding the proverbial torch that's been passed on by his fellow countryman. Taking a slightly darker route with a tougher and quirkier groove, Anton switches up the mood while he moulds the memorable melody into his own.

Rounding out what has been a sensational year Tripp Baronner’s Yin imprint revives ‘Memories’ by Hot TuneiK. Much like the US imprint, the Mexican artist has enjoyed perhaps his best year on record. Released in April courtesy of Proton Music, ‘Memories’ was certainly a highlight, currently sitting in his top five best selling tracks for the year while also earning chart support from D-Formation. Yin now calls upon one of the underground’s finest in Lily Pita to bring new life to the track.

With past releases on John Digweed’s Bedrock Records and more recently an appearance on Quivver’s ‘ReKonstruct’ LP, Lily has continued to impress. Her interpretation of ‘Memories’ has turned out beautifully and no doubt foreshadows great things to come in 2019. The integrity of Hot’s groove is well maintained, tightened and more compact however and nicely dialled for the dance floor. On this foundation the Indonesian artist builds a captivating melodic storyboard, as hypnotizing motifs intertwine before a haze of a sonics build to an effervescent sizzle during the main break. A classy rework from Lily which will likely find a home in the sets of progressive music’s finest DJs.

The latest release from Alex Nemec's Mirabilis Records welcomes D.R.N.D.Y to the label for his debut single. Hailing from Serbia, Vladimir Drndarevic, aka D.R.N.D.Y has been pushing his blend of house and techno since debuting in early 2014. Having built a reputable discography the Nis resident has notched releases on Agile Recordings, Glasgow Underground and Phobiq. Now making his much anticipated debut on Mirabilis Records, D.R.N.D.Y presents his debut single 'Tyrant' alongside a remix from Chris Cargo. 

D.R.N.D.Y's sound has always crossed genres incredibly well and so too does 'Tyrant'. From a warm, buzzing low end to a symphonic lead it's a unique and unabashedly epic seven minute journey. The drop is perhaps the most magical moment in the track, as it's strips down following a moderately tense break, allowing the character of the groove to breathe amidst a haze of sonic dust and elephant like stabs. 

The lone interpretation on the release finds Chris Cargo making his label debut. Since making a triumphant return to the progressive music spotlight less than two years ago, the Irish artist has notched releases on Guy Mantzur's Plattenbank Records, Beat Boutique, Flow Vinyl, ICONYC, Soundteller Records and his own If You Wait imprint. Now making his much anticipated Mirabilis debut, Chris puts his own inimitable touch on 'Tyrant'. Deep, smooth and with that unmistakable chugging low end, Chris delivers what amounts to a twisted, dance floor minded dub. Aimed for peak time play, it's glowing atmospheres grow subtly before growling stabs and a supersonic arp converge for a euphoric final act. A massive remix from Chris which caps off a very well rounded release for Alex Nemec's Mirabilis Records.

Clubsonica Records begins their 2019 journey by welcoming Armandhe back to the label for a new EP. Previously known as Soluna, the Colombian artist adopted the Armandhe moniker with his ‘Sacred Heart/Ozadya' double a-side release from July of last year. A fresh start has only provided more creative energy for Armandhe who has continued to unite progressive music fans with his redolent creations. Now returning to his home label of Clubsonica, the Medellin resident presents his 'Inside the Music Box / While the Wolf's Away' EP alongside remixes from Paul Angelo & Don Argento and Jonnas B.

Beginning with ‘Inside the Music Box' Armandhe explores a deeper side of his studio repertoire. Free flowing from the outset, it's rippling low end provides a fluid energy while quirky hooks and timely effects fill in the framework. Stripping down into the main break, the musical narrative expands, opening a spiritual reservoir of glowing clusters and emotive chord changes, before effortlessly shifting energy into an evocative final act.

The companion piece ‘While the Wolf's Away' follows a similar sonic ethos with its drummy tension and musical meanderings. Beginning with a warm, rolling groove the piece moves with discernible momentum, as layers of atmosphere and cascading themes converge in a perfect sonic marriage. As the second act evolves, striking electronics bring a melodic tension of sorts, dramatic and poignant in equal measure, they elevate the mood further before flowing beautifully into a rousing finale.

The first interpretation of ‘While the Wolf's Away' is provided by Paul Angelo & Don Argento who make their label debut here. The Cyprus based production team were undoubtedly one of 2018's fastest rising progressive house duos. Support from Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren came in waves and the duo's groovy, dance floor inspired take on the genre quickly became an irresistible trend. Now making their first and highly anticipated appearance on Clubsonica Paul & Don provide a stunning take on ‘While the Wolf's Away'. Dark and brooding from the outset, it's chugging cadence and ghostly motifs are immediately compelling. Indistinct vocals trail through the framework, elevating mood and tension throughout the break, before cascading tones and percussive flurries unite for an exhilarating apex and powerful drop.

The release concludes with Jonnas B returning to the label and providing the second and final interpretation of ‘While the Wolf's Away'. A staple of Colombia's progressive underground for seven years the Medellin based artist has earned play and support from the world's biggest DJs, most notably Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren. Now making a welcome return to Clubsonica, Jonnas rounds out the release with a superb rendition of ‘While the Wolf's Away'. Shifting mood and tempo to a deeper place it's a piece which excels on rhythm and groove. Perfectly contoured, its thick slabs of bass power forward as intricate percussion, delicate arps and haunting atmospherics lead into the break. Like an ultrasonic wave, emotional energy rises across the eighty second centrepiece, eventually melting down to rolling drums and a sheet of white noise, perfectly setting up a magical dance floor moment. A spectacular remix from Jonnas which caps off another must have release from Clubsonica Records, who get 2019 off to an incredible start.

Sound Avenue begins the new year by showcasing new interpretations of Madloch and Subnode's 'Lion's Mane'. Originally landing in March of last year it marked the Belgian imprints 100th release. Backed by remixes from Navar and Bookwood, the project earned praise from progressive music tastemakers Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren and Guy J. It continued what has been a creative partnership between the Belgian artists, ultimately leading to new studio experiments due out later this year. Sound Avenue now re-visits the duo's 'Lion's Mane', by inviting Dmitry Molosh and B.A.X. to re-interpret the track for 2020.

Returning to the label and providing the first interpretation of 'Lion's Mane' is Dmitry Molosh. The Belarus based artist continued to dominate the progressive music landscape in 2019, showcasing his music on Beatfreak Recordings, Beat Boutique, Replug and Sudbeat Music. Now getting the new year underway in fine fashion Dmitry delivers a powerful rendition of 'Lion's Mane'. Always a creative remixer, the Belarus native deconstructs the main elements into something decidedly more progressive minded, for what sits as an ideal complement to the original. Atop a tough, punchy foundation comes buzzing stabs and striking percussion, resulting in a unique contrast of character and groove. It's a remarkable sonic marriage, one which makes for a hugely energetic journey, elegantly peaking through an emotive break, before an exhilarating final act puts a cap on this chugging gem.

Rounding out the release and providing the second and final interpretation of 'Lion's Mane' is B.A.X. The Vietnamese artist has found a home on Sound Avenue subsidiary 3rd Avenue where he has appeared three times. The latest release from Tash's Movement Recordings welcomes Ruben Karapetyan back to the label for a new single. The Armenia born; USA based artist made a triumphant return to electronic music in November of last year. Following a ten-year hiatus Ruben's Movement debut 'Gignesthai' delighted progressive house fans with its combination of musicality and groove. Now continuing to build momentum, Ruben returns to Movement Recordings with 'Hathor' alongside remixes from Stan Kolev and Matan Caspi. 

Ruben's ability to craft expressive musical journeys continues to shine on 'Hathor'. Smooth yet muscular, its shapely groove is carved to perfection with rolling undulation driving momentum forward. Developing in waves across the first movement; ethereal phrasing, buoyant arps and exotic drums fill in the framework, before a short break shifts the narrative into mystical territory. Wondrously musical, melodic fragments flow through the centrepiece, conjuring up cross cultural visions, eventually giving way to a tasteful crescendo and rousing finale. 

The first interpretation of 'Hathor' is provided by Stan Kolev who returns to the label for his third appearance. Following his Movement debut in June of 2018 with a remix of 'The Swarm' by Marc DePulse, Stan returned to the label last year with a rousing rendition of Ruben Karapetyan's debut 'Gignesthai'. Long a staple in Beatport's progressive house charts, Stan is one of the most prolific and consistent artists in the genre's history. Now following an impressive 2020 which saw the Miami resident land on Sudbeat Music, UV and his own Outta Limits imprint, Stan returns to Movement once again with a powerful take on 'Hathor'. Always a creative remixer, Stan deconstructs the main elements into fragmented themes for what sits as an ideal complement to the original. Atop a warm, full bodied groove comes dynamic percussion, vocal overlays and vibrant arpeggios. It's a remarkable sonic marriage and one which makes for an energetic yet meditative journey, elegantly peaking as muted beats rise across the main break, cueing a cavernous drop and driving final movement.

Rounding out the release with the second and final interpretation of 'Hathor' is Matan Caspi who returns to the label for his second appearance. June of 2017 marked the Israeli artist's Movement Recordings debut with a well received remix of Ziger's 'Faith In The Future'. Now a constant in Beatport's progressive house charts with releases via his Outta Limits imprint, Matan makes a welcome return to Movement with a huge rendition of 'Hathor'. Encased in an electric shell, it's reshaped groove and rhythmic pulses are vibrant, building momentum as waves of effects and rolling percussion elevate mood towards the main break. Dubbier than its predecessors, atmospheric overlays and hazy harmonics add further intrigue as the centerpiece unfolds, before a rush of drums sparks a commanding drop and percussive finale. A stunning remix from Matan which rounds out a superb offering from Tash's Movement Recordings, continuing a strong start to 2021 for the Greek imprint. Highly recommended.
